I had a brief discussion with my hopelessly blue pilled friend today.

You see, he’s always hanging around the town coffee shops, chatting it up with the excruciatingly cute and hopelessly f~~~ed up baristas that work in them. Oh you know the drill… places that get men’s money by pretending to sell them coffee or beer when they’re actually selling them the chance to take shots at the attractive female staff.

It’s kind of like a carnival game of c~~~ toss. Maybe now and then someone wins a prize, but mostly the carnies take in a s~~~load of cash and the rubes go home empty handed.

I know he’s had his white knight sword at the ready to be unsheathed on behalf of these two particularly pathetic cases and I fear he’s eventually going to offer to put one of them up for free in the hopes of being able to storm her castle when she’s at her most vulnerable (so sad that this is how men actually think it works). I’m bound to stop him.

“So, you rescue any strays lately?”

“No, but they’re not making it easy. [Damsel 1] is living in her car without A/C and [damsel 2] is unemployed while her boyfriend and roommates are somewhere on tour.”

“You’ve got to avoid them at all costs. You know what happens when you jump in to save someone who’s drowning… and of course we all learned from Breakfast at Tiffanys that as soon as you mend a bird’s broken wing they fly away from you. Believe me… I’ve tried to save girls. It never ended well for me.”

“I have to avoid [hipster coffee shop] now because [damsel 2] is camping out there, getting free food from the staff and guys are offering to buy her dog food. Clearly I need to look beyond the coffee shop.”

“You should set a new low bar for engagement… must have a degree and be earning a salary. I’m sure these barista types enjoy your attention and tips, but they’re going nowhere and they’ll take you with them.”

Now, he fancies himself something of a feminist so I knew this would get him:

“Look, back in the days of traditional conservatism, women just needed to be pretty, reasonably loyal and healthy enough to bear children. Now they hold themselves up to a higher standard and so should we.”

And I must admit I was surprised to get this in return:

“Well, they don’t all hold themselves to a higher standard, but the truth is that I couldn’t respect someone who didn’t.”

Is that pill just a tiny bit purple? Well either way, I’m sure one of them is going to get to him eventually and he’s going to end up throwing a costly and emotionally devastating life preserver to some piece of sinking piece of s~~~ who will make his life a living hell. I guess I’ll just have to be there to buy the drinks when he gets across to the other side.

Unfortunately there will always be men who want to save women. I guess it’s just our nature. You know we are the barbaric, nurturing, compassionate, caring men that we are. Sure at certain stages we want to bang them, but sadly for them their nature has been unmasked. Bottom line. MGTOWS don’t save Hoes!

The blue pill is strong in your friend “Capt. Save’a’Whore!

    Rescued, me? NO!

I shot Rocky the squirrel, Heckle, Jeckle, Alvin and his clan, and Mickey Mouse. ALL DEAD!

Roger the rabbit is allowed free range, and so are big game (no license).

May I suggest you get your friend a Remington, Wheatherbe, or a Springfield? They’re much less trouble when you shoot them down!

I had a friend who rescued a stray living her car. He found out pretty fast why she lived in a car. She sold all his furniture on crag’s list, spent it all on drugs and moved out. In 2 months she was back in her comfort zone I.E. living in a car. It ended badly for her. About 4 months later in the Phoenix heat, she drank herself till she passed out, and died in her car from heat exposure. There is no saving a woman who wants to live like that.

If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.

Best description of a coffee shop. EVER.

There is no saving a woman who wants to DIE like that.

    Corrected. Unfortunately.

I knew a woman once… the last one I cared about before I realized how bad it was for me and gave it up… she was insistent on killing herself one way or another. Not all at once, mind you, but little by little… to stretch the pain and suffering out over as much time as possible.

Whatever it was that made her like that, I can’t say… I pity her for what she does to herself, but not for what she did to me.

I know a girl like that. She was BEAUTIFUL! Has great parents. I lost contact with her many years ago. Found out last week she’s a major drug addict, pregnant and living in a homeless camp.

I guess free will is a bitch. I’m sad she turned out that way, mostly I just feel for her parents. Rescue her? No way!
