I don’t have that problem, most my neighbors were evicted by court orders in 1974! Then the so-called neighborhood (after a duration of 23 years operating illegally was closed in 1997!

Now it’s just me, even the cops went away and don’t come back.

What strikes me as the first question, why is the neighbor filming this in the first place?

Second what does she think will happen? “Just so you know, I did not call, it was not me”. “OK, I’m going to go out”.
