I learned how to drift, loose it, and regain control driving go carts when I was a kid.

I flipped one in the schoolyard and slid upside down holding my head off the pavement watching the people go bye.

I also used an abandoned mansion with a connector road to a campground, one corner has a dip I used to get air! That was the corner that taught me to let it go instead of trying to save it and hit a tree, reverse slide steering it back under control. I adapted the same technique when I moved up to cars. I do the same thing in the supper-pipe on skis! Motorcycles, impossible! Not at those speeds!
