Lately, I been really embracing the meaning of Going Your Own Way.
When I first was on the forums I was vehemently blasting women for their petulant disregard for men.
I was p~~~ed off at a system that has indoctrinated me with lies
I didn’t ever think I would be able to retain any sense of peace
My fellow MGTOW’s, I want to give you a many thanks for allowing me to realize the true nature of the world, and helping me find tranquility.
I am finally finding that inner serenity, that I’ve been missing for so long.
I’m no longer mad at women for their hypergamous nature. I just understand the nature of the beast.
It is what it is.
Now that I’m truly going my own way, I’m picking back up my love of art, poetry, and music.
These hobbies are allowing me to express my frustrations and my passions.
So, my question to you guys is: Since going your own way, what are some old hobbies that you have picked back up?
Fuck bitches... literally and metaphorically

Beautiful, brother! Absolutely beautiful.
I myself quit my Mining Engineering career to return back to my passion in Electronics Engineering. I have had this passion ever since I was 5 years old. I am 33 years old now. I live it and breathe it EVERY SINGLE DAY. I am educating myself and will never even think about going to university to learn this. University is BULLS~~~. I wouldn’t go back to my old job, which gave me a 6-figure income, even if they doubled my salary!
Nikola Tesla, as you know by now, focused on his passion in Electrical Engineering. His passion went above and beyond money, which is why he was way ahead of his time. His creativity was boundless, which reminds me of his quote: “If you want to find the secrets of the the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”.
Most businessmen focus on money, which is why their life is so LIMITED and full of relations~~~ drama.
A tranquil mind is neither happy nor sad, it is uninfluenced by external conditions.

Excellent.
It is what it is.
I don’t like that statement at all – generally. People often say it and promote a passive acceptance of things. But you used it correctly, because you have to accept the things you can’t change. I hate it when someone says . . . .
“Relax man. It is what it is.”
It breeds complacency.
Most of the time, it’s –>> whatever you make it.

In phases and bursts, I go full blast into something. I got my motorcycle license last year after putting it off for 20 years. Still no bike, but thats not why I did it. I just wanted my license and took a course.
I also sometimes pick up a challenging piece of music and practice until I can play it. Sometimes it takes days or longer. Then when I have conquered it, I get into something else. Little mini challenges.
I think we don’t ask ourselves “what do you want to do right now?”. When you ask yourself that . . . . the response is often surprising. It’s also a luxury to have the freedom be able to. Some men don’t even have the luxury to be alone with their own thoughts. It’s a luxury.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.I’m no longer mad at women for their hypergamous nature. I just understand the nature of the beast.

Congratulation for arriving the destination. I shared the same sentiment. I don’t hate them at all; in fact I still like to appreciate the beautiful faces and bodies of women, but the affection end right there.
I have two kids to raise so I don’t really have much spare time. But I picked up my all time favorite – MMO PC game. I actually secretly gleeing when coming back home from work to play those. I am very happy that I act like a little boy getting so excited by these toys, feeling so geniune ME.
I might go back to my long time DIY audio hobby when time allows.
Peace and be safe!

Excellent man! I think we should all strive to work at what we are passionate about. Chase your dreams!

@keymaster I agree. I have reached the conclusion that I can’t change things that are beyond my control.
No point in spinning my wheels where they will never gain traction.
However, I can change the things I control.
My time, energy, and health are things that I can strive to always utilize better or improve upon.As a personal notion, I’ve always believed that complacency breeds weakness, and MGTOW has only support this.

Yeah when you hate something it shows that you still actually care. I prefer indifference.

This a great turning point for your life.
I can’t think of a weekend I don’t have a saw, glue-gun, paint brush, book, saucepan, etc. in my hand. I crank the tunes, listen to podcasts, power down the phone and make something, cook something, fix something, demolish something. I never have enough tools. YouTube is the bible of DIY information. I learned to make beer, tile a bathroom, new crockpot recipes and more from the internet. Dig into life after rage.
If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.
Dig into life after rage.
Right on @frostbyte!
The internet is fountain of knowledge.
I love DIY stuff too!
I’m starting to look into making my own furniture for little things such as wine cabinets.
I told my mom I would make her one

Got back into motorcycles right before my divorce. I have gotten totally addicted since then, pretty much bought every model that I always wanted to – but never had the $ or permission to get.
Now I have the $ and freedom to enjoy them as much as I want, and that’s pretty much all the time.
Motorcycles saved my life (tried to take it a time or to as well).
I lost my passion man..5 years ago when I blew out of Nashville. My songwriting was the great love of my life and when I realized a career wasn’t going to happen I just stopped writing. The black hole where it once was has only been growing deeper and blacker.
Be professional be polite but always have a plan to kill everyone you meet.
I bought a couple of motorcycles, bought a guitar, got into fishing, rock-hounding, amateur prospecting, lost weight. Also saved and invested more as my finances slowly recovered from the divorce. Now I am on the cusp of retirement, once I retire and move out of state to a cheaper location, going to have more money and time for hobbies.
Motorbikes, I only stopped as ‘You need a car to get a girl ‘ well f~~~ that, who wants one ..Many wasted years driving cages, loving biking.
