My own anger cost me a lot, but as was said you don’t have to let it play out. I have a meditation practice. This has helped me a lot. I could not offer any better suggestions than have all ready been given.
I just read this concerning stress relief. Be optimistic, take breaks( sit quietly for a minute or two) & b kind to yourself.
