At least a $250K fine (the cost of raising a child to 18) and prison for 5 years at least.

You FORCE the woman to explain to the child when it visits her in prison and asks “hey mommy! Where’s daddy?” that the child was born out of a garbage can, and mommy was a deceitful slippery fraudulent bitch who didn’t get away with it.

I would argue the death penalty for, say, a cheating military wife. The cheating wife of a soldier should be punished with the capital crime of treason. Her husband is off fighting and giving his life for her most basic freedoms and liberties she takes for granted every day of her miserable existence.
