Rape on pretext of marriage law

Hello everyone, i’m sure you are used to laws favouring women over men in the western world but this has got to be the worst of all.

In India, there’s a law called “Rape on the pretext of marriage”. This law gives women the power to file a rape case on their ex boyfriends after the relationship turns sour. Even consensual sex will turn to rape and all the woman has to do is tell the courts that her ex boyfriend promised to marry her but didn’t.

So, essentially if a guy has sex with his girlfriend after saying that he’ll marry her in the future, he can be charged with a rape case if he fails to keep up that promise. The best part, only women can use this law and men are not allowed to use this law against their ex girlfriends.

Anyone who’s ever been married for any period of time knows women use sex as a reward/punishment tool constantly. Despite their altruistic claims, they’re very objective about it.
These “rape” accusations show beyond any doubt that men are held to marriage ransom where women use sex as a control tool, a trade-able commodity, and if women don’t get their price they’ll show their real nature.

Still, it doesn’t come nearly as close to exposing female nature as 498A where they’ll happily have the whole family locked up and the key basically thrown away,,,all based on a lie,,, just to gain a financial advantage,,,,lol

498A is truly as bad as it gets but imo the fact that consensual sex turns to rape if the boyfriend refuses to marry her is even worse.

Oh yeah that’s not news. They have something here called “revokable consent”. That means she can absolutely have a f~~~ing great time with you, spread her legs, and then “change her mind” the next day as if “regret” is the same as “rape”.

They are teaching a lesson to all men to become MGTOW, and avoid women in every possible way. Only women can use this law because in India only women can be raped by men, men cannot be raped by women, it’s the law.

Female nature likes to attempt to justify the most illogical, irrational, and stupid of things. The rationale behind the newer laws in the spanish countries is the spanish men are assholes and women need to be protected so here are the new laws. For india they will come up with some excuse like that.
