Magistrates courts are regularly handing suspended sentences to women.

Here’s the proof below that they treat men more harshly and jail a man for a lesser offence.

Fixed or “mandatory” sentences are not a good thing, people on a technicality will do hard time the same as if their offence was in the 1st degree.

Judges need leeway to really “stick it to the assholes” and not so much to a person that’s a victim of circumstance.

However, wise and honorable men and not women can make a righteous decree. Unfortunately wise and honorable men have been hunted to extinction along with the unicorn.

In the last couple of years I have seen two near identical cases in which young women who had been tickbox-quota promoted to branch manager in banks (one was Lloyds, I don’t remember the other), stole hundreds of thousands.

This is what I can’t grasp. They want every right and have them but won’t leave us alone.
