Hey guys. I have been lurking and reading up on MGTOW for a while now. Watched a lot of Leykis videos and other Manosphere videos.
I have been a MGTOW since I was a teenager. Just always thought I was weird for not subscribing to women and the fantasy.
I am 43 years old, never married, never even been remotely close to being married. Never had a girlfriend. Hooked up and banged a lot of girls when I was in my 20’s. That’s about it though, nothing ever serious.
Here is my current purple pill problem. I am sold on MGTOW. Finally there is a name for it and a genuine lifestyle to it. I see you have like 20K members and I reckon there are many other men out there who are MGTOW and don’t even know it yet. So everything is great right? Well, my problem is this……
Since the beginning of mankind and even throughout the animal kingdom…. the man has always been expected to be the provider. I can not help but completely get rid of the stigma that goes with being a perpetually single guy. I can’t help but consider myself a loser because I do not do what man has done since the caveman days and all the animals of the animal kingdom have done since the big bang. Be a provider for a woman.
My Dad has suffered his entire life and so have billions of men throughout history. They did “what they were supposed to do.” They got married and lived a “Happy Wife/ Happy Life” lifestyle. I NEVER subscribed to that bulls~~~. But why are we exempt from that? Why should we consider ourselves normal for making the choice to be MGTOW?
Go easy on me, my self confidence is garbage. I was doing pretty well for a while but lately this purple pill phase is messing up my mojo a bit. I WANT to believe that I am doing the right thing by avoiding a life of misery. But my brain tells me that I am just copping out and being weeded out by Darwinism. Just a total loser who can’t get a woman interested in him because I don’t have the money or the ambition to be a provider.
Please try and help me understand that we are doing the right thing by shunning centuries of the status quo.

I’d never claim to be NORMAL but i’d claim to be sane. Going your own way isn’t the normal choice it’s just the only rational and sane choice if you really think about it.

If your part of the problem things will never change. Things will never get better. Alot of people would rather just take the blue pill and enjoy the steak in the matrix. We have been socialized to believe we are to provide [$$$, protection, shelter, companionship] for the weaker sex. The problem is they DON’T. WANT. US. TO. Hi, I am glad to say it only gets better from here. You are only in your 40s. Looks like you are in the male menopause stage – that’s ok some guys I know went through that EVEN THOSE THAT ARE MARRIED. It’s more common to men with self- esteem or acceptance issues I am sorry to say.
I have to ask.
Is it you are really MGTOW by choice or insecure / wanted a relationship but could never get one? Is MGTOW a way out to justify your behaviour? If so you are not a MGHOW for the right reasons. You need to confront this or you will never be at peace.If you are sure what you are:
Nothing to worry about just nature telling you that you have a limited time to bang the sluts and f~~~ up your life. It’s hardwired into you by the way so go easy on yourself. Nature doesn’t give a s~~~ about you – just your offspring.You need to keep busy and enjoy your freedom. Go see how f~~~ed up married men are. Try a divorcee’s support group – you get the idea. Eventually you will get better and by the time you hit 50 you’ll feel 30 again.

If it is good or bad is subjective, humans have been breaking status quo for over 100 years. A car is a replacement of the horse and buggy and the plane is a replacement of the boat.

I know what you mean about being the provider. I was that man and it felt good, (but only for the right woman, and they are very very Rare).
Now with only myself to provide for my needs are minimal. My free time is more important than money.

Assuming you are not a tuna this is just the blue mindset. It’s the ideal that you must do this to be a true man and that if you stray away then you are the problem not it.
These days it is not worth it to be a provider for a woman since there is no legal part on her end to provide for you. A woman is not required to f~~~ you, submit to you, clean, cook etc but if you marry you are still required to provide even if she cheats and leaves.
Women have more then simply just equal rights to men so they should have equal responsibility yet it does not happen.

Normal is subjective to society and changes throughout history. Mgtow may become the new normal but we are not mgtow because we are normal but rather that it is the best choice to make in modern society.

You are a f~~~ing pussy and quite possibly a tuna. Of course mgtow men are just copout losers who don’t want to provide for a woman even thou the legal environment is horrible for us and marriage provides no benefits but all the risk.
The term Alpha f~~~s and Beta bucks comes to mind here because you feel you must provide for some c~~~ who probably was f~~~ing the Alphas while you are paying the bucks to support her once she settles down.
And finally on Darwin it is not f~~~ing hard to fulfill your nature desires to have kids. You do not need to provide for a woman to have kids in fact there are many men who either are in prison, moved out of the state or country, or who died who fulfilled their obligation in having kids without providing for a woman.
So while i will be unpopular for this statement but it must be f~~~ing said and that is if you really that badly want a f~~~ing kid to fulfill evolution,then just knock a bitch up and you will have done it. Sure you might not see the kid, sure it could turn out to be a criminal or get molested as a kid, but at least (if you get a DNA test to prove it) it will be your kid.
