Is OZ a death trap? Forget the c~~~s, all the posionous spiders and snakes.

    Kangaroos and wild dogs.

Seriously, how many people die every year from the native animals / insects?

I mean no disrespect, but the Internet makes it sound like you country is a death trap.

Haha na its all good mate, you just have to know what not to f~~~ with. If you live in the city you’re ok, unless you get bitten by a redback spider, a snake or a great white shark, but apart from that you should be sweet. ๐Ÿ˜›

The general rule is it gets hairier the further North you get. I worry about the giant fruit bats guano and the Odd redback.

No bro its not that bad but depends on where you are going to in australia .

Where i moved to when i had my kids it was a complex that backed on to swamp land . I use to catch the snakes there so people wouldn’t kill them . Mostly keel backs but the odd rough scale witch are deadly and look like the keel back . Thing was that alot of people didn’t even know most of the time they were in there yards .

The deadly creatures jan you dont see unless looking .

What we do get alot of is tourists drowning at our beaches . Due to rips and not realizing the surf .

THE PLANTATION HAS NOW TURNED INTO THE KILLING FIELDS . WOMAN ARE NOW ROLLING CAMBODIAN STYLE .

It is not dangerous. It is in fact very safe here. That is partly because (almost) nobody has guns. However the things you need to watch out for – and they are very very dangerous – are (1) the women (2) the increasing public-sector domination of everything (3) the left/green bias in the media and in public thinking.

To give one current example : we have a country with more coal and natural gas than anywhere else on the planet. It is easy/cheap/efficient to mine/extract these abundant energy sources. As a country we contribute only about 1% of global greenhouse emissions. Yet the left/green/public-sector have somehow conspired to make the whole country have a collective guilt spasm when it comes to electricity generation from fossil fuels. Result is — summer is going to be full of blackouts and brownouts and we are already paying THE HIGHEST electricity prices on the planet and they are going to rise dramatically in the coming years. It is insane. We have local businesses closing, their products are being replaced on the supermarket shelves with imports from cheap electricity countries. The highly paid public sector employees don’t feel they pain. They are insulated from it with their guaranteed employment conditions and regular guaranteed salary rises. They are also 70% women……

and the divorce laws, in practice, result in the wife/husband asset split being in the 70/30 – 60/40 range..
And live with anyone more than 6 months, married or not, and those laws apply.

The snakes and incests are far less dangerous than the white woman. Trust me on that.

But on the plus side, you can get a massage and have your b~~~~ sucked dry by a 20 something Asian girl for about 100 bucks.
Other than that, the country is f~~~ed.

.. don’t forget we have some of the largest reserves of Uranium, one of the most stable geologies on the planet, very low population density, and huge reserves of raw materials like Bauxite and Iron Ore, but can’t possibly even contemplate nuclear power.

We are so f~~~ed. I wish a large infestation of funnel webs and Eastern Browns would invade Canberra and make it uninhabitable.

not many die. Most of our dangerous things will run away before you even get to the point of waving your arms and yelling at them.

The real risk is being bitten by something venomous when you’re too far away from help.

Oh, and shark attacks don’t tend to have a high survival rate. Thank the greenies again for insisting sharks are just nice dolphins with big teeth and forcing local authorities to take down the shark nets over the last 20 years or so (They’re just starting to put them back up. Those that fail to learn from history, etc etc).

    hahahahaha ! No…
Unless you sent a whole bunch with the longevity genes so they could live up to 250 years.. Maybe you’re still living on past glories ? Whatever happened to the British Empire anyway ? just fizzled out ? ๐Ÿ˜‰

But, in terms of Longevity rankings, Australia is ranked 4th overall ๐Ÿ™‚ and 3rd for Males ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ It is one of the few to have raised MALE life expectancy to over 80 years.

You must live in an expensive part of the country ๐Ÿ˜‰ They have to work their way through university somehow ! They are only in our country for 3 or 4 years before they go back to their home country to take up their respectable profession. I guess everyone had to have part time jobs through college ๐Ÿ˜›

Yes – “tertiary education” is one of Australia’s biggest export earners. It is because several universities here are in the world top 50 and many others are in the top 100.

Go to Asia and you can have your b~~~~ sucked for the price of a cup of coffee…

Better move to New Zealand…if you just want a simple life…

That Huntsman is about average size, I have certainly seen bigger. But dont worry they are harmless, if you are drunk enough you can even strike up a conversation with them. Just dont fall for that cute cuddly Koala crap, the ones hand reared might be, but in the bush they are vicious, flea ridden rodents with powerful sharp claws, try picking one of those up, and you wont have much skin left on your arms.
