Our state passed legislation that made it mandatory to go to jail for 6 months if you physically assault a police officer. Judges must enforce this sentencing. They cannot question it.

So a woman bit and punched a female police officer and was found guilty. Ofcourse, she tried applying the Pussy Pass at the Supreme court and was successful in overturning her conviction: http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-02-12/perth-woman-daniell-stakos-loses-high-court-bid/7164628

This outraged the police union and they refused to lick that pussy lying down. They got the prosecutors back on the job and they got the sentence reinstated. Now she is going to jail for 6 months.

This so upset the judge that had to enforce the sentence.

Magistrate Steven Malley’s statement that “it was a sad day” that he had to jail a woman for biting and punching a female police officer as his hands were tied, has angered many people and has pushed back the cause of people being responsible for their own actions and accepting the consequences of these actions.

Why should it be a sad day for the Judge? He’s meant to impartially interpret the case and enforce the law. How can he be saddened by doing his job? If he is saddened then leave the job!

Some of you may observe that this was a case of pussy vs. pussy. Would the police union and prosecutors have worked so hard if the assaulted police officer had have been male?

Would the Judge have been saddened by sending a man to jail for the offence?

I guess we’ll never know. All we know is that a violent woman is actually being jailed for her violent actions.

She says it in passive voice like she doesn’t know what happened or why. Her life changed and the cause of that change is a mystery. It’s not a mystery. You changed your life. You did it by being uncivilized in a civilized society and breaking the law. You can’t attack people and bite them, especially police officers. Even my children know that and don’t do it. Police in other countries will now push for this law and mandatory jail sentences for assaulting police officers. They will get what they want.

The jails will soon be full of drunken females who assaulted officers. Once that happens the pussy pass will be further and further revoked.

I think you miss the bigger picture in this. It is legally considered assaulting a police when a cop break your nose when his fist hits your face.

This is just another example how the police state can punish the victim for being the victim of police brutality.
