I watch the show every once in awhile because I am interested in home renovations. Men turning an old crap house into a very nice house with solid resale.

But with a mgtow filter on its very hard to watch. The women just want everything and budget means nothing to them, they go behind their husbanks backs to get certain things, they keep changing plans already agreed upon which costs more money. They dont care because they arent paying for it. Most of the time if something has to be given up due to cost overrun problems, the women are the first to mention giving up a feature or room the guy wanted. Literally saw one episode today where they dropped his wet bar to save a few thousand and as soon as that happened the woman then asks if one of her things now can have an upgraded finish. She just cut his b~~~~ off and then wants her thing improved.

Many of these women if single, have daddy footing the bill for the house and the renovation. At the end they are shown telling people that its THEIR house – the one daddy paid for entirely. But its their house.

These guys taking on such incredible debt, often with young kids. They are so screwed and dead and don’t even know it. None of the wives cook yet demand a showroom kitchen. They will be happy for like ten minutes and then be back to the husbank with “what have you done for me today?”

The most selfish and greedy entitled children are todays modern women. My house. ITS ALL MINE. Guess who keeps paying for the house if she divorce rapes him. I’d kill myself before she got me to do that.

It is definitely full of red pill/red flags if you have a red pill mgtow mindset. You can see it all over.

The part that amazes me is they never allow/budget time or money for “expected unforseen expenses”.

Some have to replace all the aluminum wiring in the entire house with up to code copper wire.

Others have to replace the entire cast iron/lead drain lines.

How about removing black mold from half the house caused by a leaky tub/roof?

Women don’t even know what the word budget means. When I was married, we were looking to upgrade to a better house/neighborhood. I looked over our finances and told her the max price we could afford. When she started circling houses in the local realtor section she picked a house 1K above what I had said. I didn’t feel the need to bust b~~~~ and start a fight over 1K. Over time she began to pick houses substantially over what our max was. By the time she hit 25% over I finally said something. Her response was that she had been picking houses above our max price because “you never said anything”. It was my fault that she picked houses out of our budgeted range.

She s~~~ tested you and technically by trying to be a nice guy, you failed. This is what I mean, women will not allow you to be nice, you have to be p~~~ed and angry even when you are not, in order to get them to be more pleasant and nicer towards you.

Sad thing is after awhile it becomes less and less of an act if you start becoming resentful you cant be your nice normal self around them, you wind up starting to truly be p~~~ed and angry at them. Less of an act the longer it goes on. And that genuinely is sad. I think with women who are raised with more training to be grateful for small things, be appreciative, be more content with a steady-state normal day, not needing big highs/ups, not expecting that others exist to make her happy, and those few that worked real jobs in high school and college to get money for things, you deal with less than this kind of crap. But the more entitled and selfish and narcissistic she is, the more you will have to fake being p~~~ed just so she might be nicer to you.

That isn’t it though for most of them. Most are not browbeaten henpecked guys. They are still believing they are just being the nice guy and will be rewarded for it sometime in the future. They still believe the lie that being a nice guy gets you reciprocal nice treatment.

Goes back to the old tv shows.. Yes, dear… Yes, dear… Etc. They prob. learned that from their father and other friends’ marriages. When I was married, my father in law, good guy, just no b~~~~ in front of his wife or daughters, told me happy wife, happy life during a discussion on what his daughter would want in MY PRE-MARRIAGE HOUSE. Just said, we’ll see. I also said, how would you like to pay for it? Mom, dad (I.E. in-laws), is this a gift? No answer. I then whispered to my wonderful wife, unhappy man, you’ll be sleeping in the can. I then saw her mood change and cross her arms. I smirked.

She then knew, nothing is changing in my house unless we both agree (I.E. FAIRNESS). She didn’t like that either. Can’t win. She didn’t last much longer til I threw the sweet pea out. Literally threw her out with the cops there. Wish I would had filmed it. No one f~~~s with my property. I worked for decades with no one helping me. Kiss my ass on Macy’s window if anyone or a court will take my stuff. Still makes my blood boil. At least I got my freedom finally. She, well, she got a ton of debt. Merry f~~~in’ Christmas.
