I’ve found that most recent TV series are gynocentric bollocks with s~~~ty writing and have found myself watching more classic TV which didn’t give a s~~~ whether the character was male or female but had superb plots.

I’ve just finished watching Smiley’s People for the n-th time and I’m about to watch all the series of X-Files and Millennium. Should take a few weeks to get through them all.

Nothing these days even comes close to being as good.

Yea. There are only a couple of series still on TV that I like. I can count on one hand. Most of those will likely finish their runs in a year or two.

I mostly watch old TV shows and movies I like.

With SJWs in such control of TV/film production, I doubt there will be anything worth watching that is new in the next few years.

Danger 5. Recent show made in 1960s style of Get Smart. very well done. Season 1 is best.

I don’t watch anything newer than 2005 .. that’s the newest program I have in my DVD collection .. May, 2005. Everything else goes back .. some way back to the 1930’s.

Most of programs I watch are British. I’d say about 75% are from UK. If it wasn;t for British Sci-fi, Comedy and Music .. I;d probably throw away my set altogether.
I still watch Red Dwarf, Blakes 7, The Avengers, The New Avengers, Fawlty Towers, All Creatures and Bally K. almost ever evening. In addition, Red Green .. and I have everything released wrt the Bush Tucker Series. I bought three sets of each in case it goes out of print.

I don’t have broadcast tv or cable or satellite.. so the only thing I watch is recorded media on discs. I gave up regular tv coming into the house about fifteen, years ago .. about the time the shaky cam and queasy tv editing became the norm. It’s now everywhere, the new generation og hipster directors and editors trying to make things look real-life or “hip” by giving up tripods and steady cam. It’s garbage .. it’s hard to find anything on tv that isn’t shaking or nauseous because of the ‘trendy’ pathos camera work.

So, I stay withe the old shows on disc and cut the cable. A few old sitcoms .. most everything Trek, Babylon 5 and the rest are old Movies including quite a few that would be labelled as Cult. Movies like Vanishing Point, Trinity series, Casablanca .. and the list goes on. I have about 2500 discs in the collection.

Finally, the concerts .. probably the most important to me .. some favorites “Live and Loose in Paris”, “Zoom Tour Live”, “One Night Only” .. and most anything and everything out there on video disc by the group “Yes”.

There are some Classical concerts .. and a few travel shows such as Great Railway Journeys .. again. Most everything from the UK.

I only watch older films. I have even watched some great stuff from the 30’s. It was just entertainment and interesting stories back then. I would even prefer to watch a Doris Day musical than the s~~~ they pump out now days.

For the most part I have to go 90’s or older, most of the stuff I watch is from the 70’s and 80’s.

I have not owned a TV in over 12 years!

    I read!

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. This so as to learn as much from misunderstanding as from understanding. Taking pleasure in worthy opponents and making language fluid and flowing like a river yet pointed and precise as a dagger. Contradicts the socialistic purpose of language and makes for a wonderful linguistic dance, A verbal martial art with constant parries that hone the weapon that is the two edged sword of my mouth.

literally EVERYTHING is being infected with SJW s~~~ now

Avengers Infinity Wars looks like it will be the last decent Marvel film so for all of the people on here who enjoy the MCU – make the most of it because the whole thing is about to go Nu Star Wars

If you want to watch a funny British comedy then watch The Inbetweeners….haven’t laughed so hard in years. The guys are pussy beggars but there are so many red pills dished out in that show
