    Greeting everyone!
I remembered about this mode of sleeping and this is my first day of practicing this thing. I took everyman mode. I really don’t know how long can I stay but I need to do it because if I don’t complete my tasks for my dream I’m a dead man.
Anyone practiced this mode? What recommendations can you give?
    Thanks,
    Sky.

The thing I’ve heard about polyphasic sleep from everyone who’s ever tried it is that you have to have extraordinary control over your life schedule in order to be able to pull it off.

As your sleep schedule gets more complex, it becomes more and more important that you sleep precicely when the schedule demands and if you don’t, you can crash the system and end up spending a whole day asleep then have to start all over again.

It’s the same as ketosis… as soon as you drpo out of the zone, you’re f~~~ed.

So unless you’re on a space ship or at an antarctic research station or are totally self-employed and rarely leave the house, it’s probably not going to work for you. Plus the only real reason to do it would be if yuo’re involved in development or experimentation that can’t be left alone for 8 hours in a row and you’ve got nobody else who can help keep an eye on it for you.

Honestly, I doubt any of us are doing anything nearly that important.

I never heard of it till now but from what I am reading I would have to agree you would need a strict schedule with no interruptions.

If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.
