I started taking Yoga Classes recently and have been going for a week. I also went out with some friends this past weekend for the first time in a long while.

Today I receive a voice-mail from a supposed detective saying he was with the PD about a former ex (almost two years since the s~~~ hit the fan and I lawyer-ed up) claiming that I was still “following her”. along with about five missed calls from the number (strange).

I immediately called my lawyer and made an appointment this Friday.

I don’t have her number, I never called her, I never went to places she frequents, I haven’t uttered her name, I have no clue why other than if she saw me out last Saturday. I really think this is absolute bulls~~~. I just went out on a date with another woman, I’ve been with so many different women since that time. I buried that man and this is even more reason to keep taking red pills.

This has gotten my nerves rattled today, I don’t want PD breaking my door down because of some horses~~~ allegation. I am getting all kinds of random ass numbers calling me today. If you think I shouldn’t wait until Friday to see my lawyer or if there is something else I should do to protect myself let me know.

@keymaster could you ghost my introduction post or blank slate it? I really wouldn’t underestimate just to what extent someone would go. Thanks.

Happy to help you in any way that I can…. just send me the link. But if you’re concered just change your display name. Personally I would call him back directly and ask him “what the hell are you doing calling me?” Don’t not answer the phone and think hiding your introduction is going to make a difference. Confront the problem directly. Otherwise I will do whatever you ask if you think it helps.

Don’t be intimidated by what a c~~~ MIGHT do. Strip her of ALL power. She doesn’t deserve it. Nobody deserves to have you feeling like this. Who f~~~ing cares “if she saw you around”… or “who you went out with”? You will bend a woman over and f~~~ her right in front of your ex if you feel like it. Don’t run from a t~~~. EVER.

Don’t let this bitch live in your head rent-free.

Better yet… tell them they don’t have your CONSENT to attempt to contact you.

brother , pd probably won’t leave you a voice mail.. it REEKS of being a scare tactic . i reccomend you see about taking a restraining order on HER ! seriously ,because a detective following her allegation will only find out SHE IS NUTS ! and you are an innocent guy .. so try to relax in the meantime..

you can probably file harrasment charges on her .. get NAMES of all involved and document when youv’e been called , times etc..

I am on my way to meet with my lawyer. Been trying to fix my PC as I meant to post this. The tone did not sound like he was really angry or trying to scare me; just sort of pensive and matter of fact. Higher pitched voice, like a younger man. I wonder if it was the same guy that showed up with the detective over a year ago when I signed a no-contact agreement. But whatever. I’m not worried, I have done nothing wrong. I have not been following her, so this is likely a misunderstanding, a prank, or she’s bat-s~~~ crazy.

Sounds to me like she’s trying to get you to contact her so she can proceed with charges. I wouldn’t contact any of them, let your lawyer do the contacting and do the talking and yes, get a RO on her.

Like the other men have already stated.
Maintain radio silence with her & agree, let your lawyer handle ALL communications.
As for the RO, I would certainly get one, UNLESS your lawyer says otherwise for some unknown reason, that I can’t even fathom, on why a lawyer would advise you not to.
Hoping it all gets ironed out quickly for you. I know when I was going through the legal s~~~ years ago with my 2nd XW, it was stressful & nerve wracking.

Thanks guys. He told me not to be worried about it. I inquired about a RO and he said unless you want to spend more money I am probably fine. I’m on the fence about this, but leaning towards letting it go. My ego/pride really wants to send a message that I never want to have anything to do with her and MEAN IT, should any more false allegations arise.. That would be a frivolous use of the justice system and I am better than that. I’ll sit tight and go about my business. If I hear from anybody (i.e. showing up on my doorstep) the only words out of my mouth will be “LAWYER”. Not answering phone calls no matter what.

I have a lot of good things going for me right now. I don’t need this. As much as I want a RO, I feel it would only escalate things, and this really doesn’t deserve one shred of my attention. I will do whatever God want’s for me to do. And right now, that’s to let this go, forgive her as I have forgiven myself, and move the f~~~ on. If anything worth mentioning happens or I hear just wtf this came out of left field from, I’ll let y’all know, but really I expect this to all just disappear. I really don’t care for closure or an explanation.

I would just add the ever popular constant audio/video evidence of your whereabouts and activities. Assuming of course that the laws in your place of residence allow for recording with just one party consenting, I.E. you.

Not much to add, save to say good luck with this creepy weirdo (likely acting on her ‘feeling’ that you are stalking her), and if she shows up DO NOT let her goad you in to saying a thing to her.
