I found this guy breaking the rules, which there are a lot, at Planet Fitness on purpose to make a point. He grunts, takes off his shirt, and then this liberal asshole shows up:

I’ve heard of Planet Fitness. They’re very liberal and have a lot of stupid rules as the guy in the above video exposes.

Lastly, not to sound like a f~~, because I’m not, but I would love to look like the shirtless guy in the video instead of having a dad bod, when I’m not even a dad.

I actually go to Planet Fitness daily and while they do try to cultivate an atmosphere of acceptance, they generally won’t say anything unless you’re being obnoxious. I’ve dropped weights before, etc. and never set off the “Lunk alarm”. There are some guys in there that are obviously juicing and hitting big weights and the staff is cool with it. Seems like one of those things that’s kind of overblown on the internet.

At least with PF, it is what it is.
Beats paying twice as much in fees squandered trying to appeal to everyone else i.e. crappy equipment that is neither hardcore nor effective, and let’s bring out the people being “trained” by having them bounce big b~~~~ hard, where they can miss them next to people using free weights, because trainers all know so much….

"It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."

Women do not love men. Women only love what men can provide.

I used them for showers when I was van dwelling. The male locker room sucked but it’s cheap. The equipment wasn’t bad if you didn’t mind squatting in a smith machine.

Brother, he is the “normal” kind, it is really easy to get a shape like the one that he has if you have a dad bod.
Just some simple dieting and exercises will do the job, there is no need for anything advanced or extreme.
If you go full “Arnold” for a whole year, with a personal trainer, dieting 99% of the time, hormonal help and proper rest, in the end of the year this guy will look like a fat weak girl compared to you.

She’s 20 years old and belongs in a zoo or a nuthouse because she’s acting like a wild animal. She even threatened him: “I will come back and I’ll kill you!” We all know some how she’ll play the victim card like most women do, because they don’t like being held responsible. According to a dozen comments on the video, she got all angry over a Tootsie Roll, believe it or not. If it’s true, then that’s a stupid thing to get all bend out of shape for.
