    I see it time and time again, and people keep referring to their personality in letters, colors and numbers. Stop letting these women define you in these personality tests. We are more logical, women are more emotional. This is it. Aside from that, you define who you are, and that cannot be defined in four letters. Be your own man, do not let a test box your personality and limit what you can be.

    Personality Tests are for Women

    In August 2015, I was called in for an interview for a company looking for help – like a side contractor. By a woman recruiter no less. I refuse to deal with them anymore.

    A “personality test” was part of a 5 hour interview process, in a silly and infantile attempt to get into my head. Not looking at the work ( which speaks for itself ) but she wanted to test me on my “personality”. She said it would take about 2 hours. I told her I didn’t have that kind of time.

    I told her — >> “personality” washes on and off like makeup. You can put on any kind of “personality” any time you want, and it doesn’t say a thing about you. Turn on your TV and you will see personalities, famous personalities and even split personalities. But CHARACTER is what you have when your turn your television OFF.

    “You may test me on my character – if you know how. Here is an example. I will excuse myself from this interview and you may call me when you learn what it means to be a PROFESSIONAL. And look! I passed with flying colors. Have a nice day.”

    ( It really p~~~ed me off too. I drove 90 minutes to help these people out )

    Women don’t know what “character” is. It needs to be explained to them and broken down like explaining “cold” and “hot” to a toddler. They are obsessed with (and focus on) exterior personality.

    “Personality Tests” are for Women – and ONLY women.

    2 weeks later, she called me back.
    I was no longer available.

    I refuse to deal with stupid HR & recruiter t~~~ts anymore.

    “So what are your 5 year goals?”
    “What are your weaknesses?”

    Go fist yourself. Just those questions are f~~~ing ridiculous. I’ll tell you my STRENGTHS, but if you want a list of “weaknesses” . . . go hire a woman.

    Mine was 2 hours and personality test and aptitudes tests-
    I know how to answer them-the payslip from an old employer showing how much commission I’d earnt -business id brought in didnt seem to matter

    my interview was with HR c~~~

    its emotional tests dont use othet name for it.

    its not psychometric test bcz cant measure emotions. a meter can measure something but not emotions.

    they started to give these tests even for para-police workers in some countries.

    Well, along with self employment comes self unemployment at times. No job security, benifites health insurance, paid vacatiin, sick days, pension, ect.

    So the grass isnt allways as green on the other side of the fence as it seems.
    But yea, Its way f~~~ing better. You just have to be tough enough to endure it. Not allways easy.

    This I can understand, because emotionally-based DECISIONS are a bad a idea – every single time. Like pulling a trigger under stress.

    But an HR dingleberry might ask “how do you approach a problem?” and I might calmly answer with a smile “I approach EVERY problem like I’m going to kill it – and eat it” . . . and her vagina would “feel threatened” and write down “Potential rapist! Has an overly aggressive personality!!!”.

    Ive done some stuff, but I cant tell it here, and I dont drop names.
    But yes, all done on my own ability, for 50 years now.
    Im very proud of my acomplishments, and all Ive endured.

    I hear you Sage but trust me in the UK there is no job security particularly in sales.

    Under UK employment law you can’t take an employer to a tribunal for unfair dismissal if you have not worked there for at least 2 years.

    Most jobs have probation periods of 3 or 6 months where they can get rid of you for anything at no notice -no payout.

    And sales is like running your own business with non of the benefits you sell you earn-you keep your job plus lets say i miss my target by juyt £1 i get paid no commission.

    I can appreciate there are downsides tos elf employment but tehre is no job security certainly not in teh UK, if you knew how many different jobs I have had you would p~~~ yourself laughing.

    Personality tests in jobs is used by the weemin for the office politics…Its why hardly anything gets done…The work is becoming a social party instead of solving problems and getting things fixed…

    I stand with feet apart and let my balls hang free...Manginas dont have balls...See how they stand and sit at the whim of their masters...

    No. I was telling about a western country where they give those emotional test because they WANT police manginas and prison guards to make decisions with their hearts. Clue: its not the US. Another clue: prisoners took over the prison and riots.

    Despite that some groups of refugees are more violent and the prisons are full with these people, they give those tests to reject those who are not emotional.

    Once I saw a police mangina with a cup of coffee in his hand and a thug running hits the cup and spill all drink on the policeman. The mangina does nothing. That type of questions the test is asking, they want police manginas to be obedient when it hits them.

    YES! That’s an equal concern. For a moment I forgot what kind of f~~~ed up world is out there, so I answered assuming the world is right-side up. And I have seen plenty of cops who look like they couldn’t chase that chicken across the road . . .and live on a diet of donuts and soy.

    Son you’re right about that.

    Fully aware the HR dingleberry personality test is NOT to find the strongest or best candidate. It’s there to see if you’re weak enough, desperate, predictable, controllable, un-challenging, submissive (and even thought controlled) etc.

    … but with all their thinking they are so clever to get into your head, their own hubris forgets the candidate is also interviewing THEM.

    And I have NO interest in working with (or for) that kind of place that isn’t looking for the best candidate or the right person. Their own question “so what are your weaknesses?” reveals that to me.

    I have said that in an interview too.
    When asked the f~~~~~y question “what are your salary requirements?”.

    “Are you looking for the BEST person? Or the CHEAPEST person?”

    Flip their own infantile interview on its ass.
    It’s how you avoid working for the wrong people.

    Now they are taking MY “personality test”. The only people I would care to work for are the kind who see value in the manswers.

    These stupid personality tests have exploded since c~~~s have overrun all workplaces. (Mid to late 1980’s)

    It’s the mangina test. If you are obedient enough to lick the c~~~s’ asses and are full of servitude when woman tell you to do something.

    And you have to be completely non-aggressive when they constantly step on you or provoke you in front of others. It’s the “checkup test” on how well the stupid feminist school indoctrination sits in your head.

    Self-employment is the only way to go. Then you can SELECT and UNselect customers that are not looking for a professional but just someone to step on and play mind games with.

    That’s when I banged the door on customers and drove off with squeaking tires. Not giving a s~~~ on the fact that this will be known all over the village within 2 days.

    Having a very stable but sometimes (when all else fails) explosive personality will keep people off your back. Getting respect is more important than “the last penny” to be made.

    But I can fool all of these stupid tests. They are on the mental level of women. And I have read stacks of psychology books to know exactly what answers to give and what gestures to make at the right time. Positive body language included…

    Women like me only until they find out how little they can control me…

    I have no patience for mind games. Especially, not in the work place. I would never work for such a childish employer. This is what happens when women invade a male dominated space. They turn everyone into a submissive little mangina that is too incompetent to complete the simplest of tasks. Serious employers have been complaining about how useless millennials are in the work force, they make no connection to the hyper feminization of millennial men. Hehe, it works out for me because I can charge more per hour since I can get things done.
