They build fewer and fewer of them like they used to.
Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.
RIP Sir. Very soon, the Pearl Harbor attack will be gone from living memory… 🙁
I don’t care how nice they make that place look. ITS one Scary place. There is an area that they let some of the subs doc. Not much is left of it around it. Civilians can’t go there. But I’m telling you, I don’t know if it feels hot and cold. But you feel pressure of some sort. It feels SO.. Numb.
As you walk down that grass/ gravel area, it looks like round disks.
What I’ve never told anyone, was when I was there much younger, I could HEARD a plane crash there. We were just coming back from Fiji, and me and my mom were at the airport. I saw no lights. But I could hear the sound of a plane SCREAMING down from the sky. A few moments latter, I felt the ground shake a bit and loud crash of what I think was a plane.
Thing is. I looked up the FLight records for planes that crashed there. And there’s a problem.
Aloha Airlines Flight 243 suffered explosive decompression when the passenger roof blew off during an inter-island flight on April 28, 1988. A flight attendant was killed, and the plane landed safely at Kahului Airport.[75]
Pan Am Flight 830 made an emergency landing in Honolulu after a terrorist bomb exploded, killing a single passenger on August 11, 1982.[76]
Neither of this flights listed were during the time I was there.
I remember clearly it was dark. It must have been almost or around midnight. The Screech of the engines that I heard was exactly like the one I heard later on in life when a Plane comes in a projectile fashion to the ground.
Till this day, I don’t know what it was. And I think I was the only one that heard it. I never bothered asking about it. It just seemed so.. I can’t really give it words.
If you go by the Memorial, it looks so Peaceful. But I assure you. There is something still there. I’m not going back.
Even a short time ago, I refuse to take flights that go into Hawaii if I can help it.
Try to forget all you want. There is something still there. Some very unfinished sort business.
You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home
The recent documentary of the ROV dive into the Arizona was interesting, but it showed little beyond the second deck. I understand the respect area, but I was interested in seeing more. Have wanted to visit the site but haven’t yet.
No longer can we walk away, we must run. Remove the motive power.
