I dealt with a vendor today and the tech guy went above and beyond.

So I decided to call the company and give him props. His manager was a female who I could tell didn’t give a s~~~.

So I went back door a called our account manager. Said the same things and he was blown away. He only hears problems. I told him this guy is the reason we spend 200k a year with him. And that any future business is going to his company first.

That MAN got a gold star by his name. He earned it, so I made sure he got it. Are you helping men?

I always tip the men that do heavy lifting (appliance, furniture delivery,etc) Needless to say I never tipped a woman because I’ve never seen them do that kind of work.

We help when it deserves them especially when they go above and beyond normal work to help us…Good decision Jan…Too many men today are belittled and a few words of thanks is a great help to those doing exemplary job….
