If you are a hockey fan, you can’t help but know the name Patrick Kane. But what is happening to him is absolutely outrageous. If you haven’t been following the story it is again another false rape claim. His name is being dragged through the mud, and she hides behind anonymity as the victim.
First off her story is a bunch of bulls~~~. Bar tender who sees her flirting and manipulating all evening. Sees her and her friend leave the bar at 3:00 am with Kane and a couple of guys. Kane uses off duty cop to be his driver when he’s been drinking. Takes a couple of buddies and two girls to his place and is there at 4:00 am. Her story is that she was just accompanying her girlfriend. She follows Kane into a separate room by herself and claims he attacks her and rapes her. She and girlfriend leave, Unbeknownst to Kane she screams rape, phones a few people and heads for the hospital. Hospital collects DNA evidence (rape kit).. The DNA evidence shows a mixture of male DNA in her underwear but none of it belongs to Kane. The only DNA is under her finger nails and on her shoulder, which can be transferred by simple contact. Kane just signed a new contract and makes about million per year. Some of the press has discovered her identity and she and her mother or know for shaking down guys and extorting money from out-of-court settlements.
Now there is a new twist, victim’s defence lawyer is claiming evidence tampering because an empty evidence bag ended up at the home of the victim’s mother. This is all a smoke screen. When the samples are taken by the hospital, they are placed in a brown paper bag and sealed with “continuity of evidence” signatures (initials).. When the brown paper envelope reaches the lab it is opened and the samples are tested. The evidence is then repackaged and sealed by the lab with their “continuity of evidence” initials.
The bag displayed by Thomas Eoannou, the alleged victims lawyer, at the press conference contains the initials of the nurse who collected the evidence at the hospital. This is the bag that was sent to the lab and opened so that the evidence could be tested. There was no evidence tampering here. The police and DA’s department have stated clearly that the evidence, which is repackaged by the lab after being tested, is in their possession and they also have the results. This is all a smoke screed by the victims legal team to discredit the evidence, which exonerates Kane. They want it thrown out because it makes the alleged victim look bad (like the t~~~ she is).
UPDATE: The Erie County Central Police Services Office has released a statement regarding the allegations of tampered evidence from the accuser in the Patrick Kane investigation. The statement from commissioner John Glascott is as follows:
All evidence related to this case that was given to Erie County Central Police Services by the Town of Hamburg Police Department is accounted for and remains in its original packaging in the possession of Erie County Central Police Services. This includes the evidence in the rape kit and the packaging itself. This evidence has been analyzed and reports of that analysis sent to the appropriate agencies.
Mean while Kane’s life has been turned upside down because of this c~~~,
Let us all hope that the judge will give her a stern warning before he lets her go
