I would be telling everyone exactly who was accusing me. But even if it is illegal to do that what are the consequences of such? Would it be worth it to do it anyways?

My limited understanding is that identifying the accuser isn’t a crime exactly, just that judges almost always state that you cannot do so, and will be held in contempt of court if you do.

I have less of an issue with that as I do with the fact that sexual assaults are exempt from the statute of limitations rule. This supposed incident happened 27 years ago. You cannot prove anything 27 years later. I believe the normal statue of limitations is 7 years, but sexual assaults gets a pass. Mr. Stallone could have murdered someone in 2005, and nothing would be done about it. However, since he may have touched a woman in 1990 that she now regrets…that we have to handle. This is a waste of tax payer money and resources.
