I know it’s not news but (though this chart is new) I like this chart because it make the actual change in demographic easier to perceive as this chart breaks down what the percentage rate of people getting married at least once (or not doing so), displayed in age group increments of 1 year and how it has changed between the 60’s and now. I shall fondly refer to this as progress.

(This chart is built on U.S. census data so your particular country’s exact figures may vary).

Also note this is effectively showing the rate of not marrying even once so divorce is not considered in this cart as such this chart reflects the growth rate of full on bullet dodgers.

Incidentally each year women want to get married than men do. I think men are finally catching onto what type of system they sign onto if they get married, most just not doing it. Their almost Mgtow. to bad they still let woman run their lives.

Awesome chart, really like seeing the breakdown (or buildup, lol) of this

I still like the biggest Feminism joke they make of all time…

“we don’t need men, how come they wont marry me?”

The chart follows a cumulative distribution curve very closely. In accordance with cdf of a normal distribution, it is safe to predict that in the next few decades the graph will stay flat below 10% from age 0 to 30, then suddenly spike to 70% before plateauing from there. In other words, people will generally stop  getting married in their 20s as society will frown upon marriage when they don’t have financial stability. At 30 however, suddenly they will feel the need to marry after burning with passion. Since divorce rates are increasing, the couple will likely divorce in their early 40s if not a little earlier and this will discourage remarriage later one resulting in a plateauing percentage.

I have discovered a truly remarkable list of reasons why women are not necessary for a happy life, but alas this margin is too small to contain it.

I’m actually surprised the odds of being married at least once by 30 is over 50%.  When I look around at people that are 30ish years old I know…people from high school, college, family members, or past/present coworkers, I’d probably guess about 25% of people around 30 are married.  There must be a ton of divorced people floating around out there, or these stats must vary greatly amongst region, as I’m living in a more liberal region.

Here are a couple for divorce gosh I wonder what happened in the mid to late 60’s to make it spike like that!
