I work in banking and there is a lot of compliance I have to adhere to… charting notes… paper work etc… The ability of women to nag, bitch, find fault and complain makes them very well suited for compliance. I could submit a 5,000 word document with 20 signatures and a million boxes that need to be ticked and filled out and miss one out of a 1,000 things I need to get accurately completed and they would find that one thing.

All the compliance people at our bank, which employs 10K’s of people are women. They are well-suited for this role.

Yeah its pretty annoying… sometimes its literally just a box that wasn’t tick marked that they could tick themselves but they waste company resources sending it back and making me do it. But.. we have the best banking system in the world in Canada (IMHO) and compliance and regulatory procedures are what make it so. I am glad there is something these bitches can do to be productive.

Women are better at complaining, but men are better thinking about how this s~~~ is useless and how to automate the process and make it more human-error-proof than spending precious man work hours on s~~~ that computers and machines can do.

That why heavy machinery, automation system, factories, computer systems, the whole internet, and a lot of other precise and systematical things, were made by men.

I usually see men frustrated when they have a woman boss, or work in women dominated areas, why ? Women spend a lot of time on s~~~, complaining, trying to look badass, trying to look smart than everyone else, but the real problem keep going, they don’t give a s~~~. Men focus on the problem, solving the problem. Believe me, if it were a man dominated area, it will be far more efficient.
