Mystery of the 10,000 extra deaths in Britain during first seven weeks of 2018If the rise in mortality continues, overall life expectancy will reverse for the first time since the Second World War
A surge in deaths across Britain has been linked to the crisis engulfing the NHS and cuts in care.
Top academics revealed an extra 10,375 people had died in the first seven weeks of this year.
An author of the report blamed “austerity policies” and called for an urgent investigation.
As hospitals buckled under a winter spike in admissions, the NHS announced around 50,000 planned treatments would be axed

mgtow is its own worst enemy- https://www.campusreform.org/
The problem with the NHS is it is badly managed and they pay too much for drugs and pay ofetn incompetant managers and executives large salaries.
The PFI initiatives means hospitals cost more to build than they should.

Too busy wasting Tax Payers money on stupid foreign aid projects.
quote: The backbencher said he is “not in favour” of seeing money wasted. He singled out Britain’s decision to give millions of pounds to a female pop group dubbed as Ethiopia’s spice girls. He said: “What on earth were we doing during things like that?” The female pop group received £5.2million of British taxpayers’ money.
£5.2 million of tax payers money wasted on a girl band in Ethopia?! WTF!!!
Based on a pathological idea that women are oppressed.

I agree with you there we had live aid in 1985 I think it was then they had another one we spend millions to India.
No one ever says much about the homeless on our own streets -no we would rather criminalise them and put spikes up to stop them sleeping in doorways and pout bars on the middle of benches so they can’t sleep on benches.

Yes and if you criticised it you were branded racist.
This is my local hospital, it’s not many years ago it was unsafe literally it was one of the big show off projects they did when they invested in new shiny buildings it to prove that they give a s~~~ about the north of england when in reality we know they don’t.

They only right things like that because it wasn’t it was a disgrace.

as an aside you know who it was opposed teh formation of the NHS in the first place don’t you…
The Doctors…
64% of General Practioners were against the NHS because they wnated to treat patients privately as did the consultants.
I wonder why.
The concept of the NHS is good but as always in this country with all “public” institution corruption and incompetance by the leaders …

Once upon a time the NHS did work very well but it hasn’t since the 1980s.

Part of the problem is the model itself. Medicine as part of the NHS is actually incentivized to let you bleed out instead of getting you to an urgent care facility. They get paid the same either way.
They have doctor shortages that are only getting more severe as the men who either retired or were forced out are only being replaced by women, in an insane effort to achieve gender parity. The result? Ever shrinking numbers of doctors, as there’s no profit in actually being a doctor to begin with. Add to that that 50% of the women who go into medicine (conservatively) drop out within 5 years to “start” a family and you have this revolving door of medicine.
The attrition is the medical expertise. People with decades of experience are difficult to replace. That steady hand, that calm under pressure, that experience of being able to differentiate between a dozen different bugs from subtleties on the chart? That’s going away fast. They’re going to be stuck with charlatans and snake oil salesmen pretending to be accredited.

It’s not your country and it’s not just NHS, it’s with humanity and socialism in general. It’s always great on paper, but the reality is that humans don’t share well. There will always be those that abuse the system and either take more than then need and/or contribute less than they can. People also tend to lack motivation to improve the system since there isn’t any direct benefit to doing so.
Capitalism has it’s faults too.
Ok. Then do it.

There is my brother makes a fortune and has two big houses in Cheshire.

F~~~ the NHS, I’m a sociopath, I’m not the best doctor on the planet, but…
I CARE. Don’t get me wrong is not about patients, is about me, I treat my patients the best I can, why?
1) I learn.
2) patients might tell their friends.
3) I get paid to do it.
4) if I do the best I can, maybe that will open doors to a better position. And I’m all about those Benjamin’s bro.
NHS cucks dont want my ass there.

To those following me, be careful, I just farted. Men those beans are killers.

exactly – dickheads at the bbc cry that it needs more funding but that isn’t the problem. Another load of cash just goes in the pockets of those on the take – the NHS needs a full reform
plus don’t f~~~ing treat health tourists – some c~~~ got off a plane from Nigeria and went straight to hospital to give birth to triplets but some poor British sucker who has paid taxes all their lives can’t get cancer drugs because they are “too expensive”
I would convert to islam tomorrow if I was allowed to string up liberals because they are the f~~~s who have caused all of this
uck the NHS, I’m a sociopath, I’m not the best doctor on the planet, but…

also Labour managed to f~~~ things up with regards to GPs (seriously do Labour not f~~~ anything up?)
They gave them massive contracts that were effectively 9-5 Monday – Friday. That means anyone ill at a weekend has to go to A+E which has stretched that service or you have to wait weeks for an appointment which means you get more ill and require more treatment
combined with opening up the floodgates to mass immigration (again Labour), we now have too many people wanting to see the doctors. Plus, for example, some t~~~ from Pakistan comes over and usually has a host of medical problems stemming from the fact they are inbred which requires thousands of pounds worth of treatment
the whole system is f~~~ed from top to bottom and it is creaking at the seams…I can’t see it lasting much longer, especially if Labour under Corbyn gets into power in the UK

I stand corrected. Good looking out.

Technically General Practioners don’t work for the NHS they are private and sell services to the NHS.
