IMHO
The publicity stunt by Obama is an effort to use the MSM to manipulate the general public in order to deter the next Government to rescind/counter/abolish all the “good” s~~~ he push through using the same Executive Order privileges.
Perhaps a larger portion of people are waking up to the abuses of the MSM.
