A study of older adults links consumption of a pigment found in leafy greens to the preservation of ‘crystallized intelligence,’ the ability to use the skills and knowledge one has acquired over a lifetime.

What is your point in sharing those two articles, out of the possible many out there?Well, processed meat is also proven to be linked to cancer.
There is a superb series of articles on here, which summarises all about meat in nutrition.
