    A friend of mine in was violently allergic to the nitro-whatevers they use to preserve meats like bacon and sausage. Even new car smell got him sneezing.
    I can testify to this: Bacon-wrapped hot dogs go over a lot better at a Fourth of July BBQ than does anything with “tofu” in the title!

    What is your point in sharing those two articles, out of the possible many out there?

    Well, processed meat is also proven to be linked to cancer.
    There is a superb series of articles on here, which summarises all about meat in nutrition.
