I thought this post would be about marijuana noodles, their making all sorts of confections out of it. Pot NOODLES? I don’t eat that sodium salt cake in a can! Feed it to the manginas, it’ll decrease their numbers.

Some people survive on that s~~~ (instant noodle soups in general)!
Sometimes for me, it suffices until I get home to make somethin’ real.

You can't reason with unreasonable, there; women, figured out, there is nothing to reason.

Dead Sea noodles, with added salt! My grandfather would have smacked anybody wearing something that f~~~ed up! He traveled with Atlas when he was a kid. I’m fortunate for all the mental seeds he planted in my head!
Great job POP POP (a real man), I’m here at MGTOW.COM 40 years later passing what he taught me about being a man! Glad I listened…..

Cant agree with you my friend,I am sick/sick/sick of this type of s~~~.Over sensitive you say maybe, subliminal advertising like this is pure poision,
If you wonder why so many teen males look like fairycakes these days its because of 40 years of this emasculaing humour aimed at the male population.
Are you a young guy, because to us older Men this is just more of the same.Smh

I bought my first house in 1982 and paid for it in full in four years. Two out of three meals were pot noodles. Cheap meals and maximizing savings was the goal and it didn’t kill me. Lol, thirty five years on I still like the noodles in all forms pote’d or not.

I am always young at heart. I am 36, so neither young enough to not have seen at least a little of history, but still not old enough to forget what happened ten minutes ago.

I think we look at this from different angles, I’m not a traditionalist so to me it does not matter if a male does want to look like a fairycake, I just cannot manage to see a problem in it even if I try, it is after all his life and he will have to live it the way he sees fit. The whole idea around “masculine” traits and upholding of them collapsed in my world when I learned they had been set in place to use and abuse males throughout history. Right now the only traits that are worth anything in my opinion is; 1) not conforming to others expectations unless they happen to coincide with your own wishes or needs, and 2) upholding contracts/standing by your word once given. I don’t see how the appearance of any male would conflict with any of these two characteristics, but that is simply my view.

I can’t boycott Pot Noodle because it’s not sold near me, and I wouldn’t buy it anyways. I understand it’s just another MSG and salt soup with freeze dried noodles like half a dozen other instant ramen brands I avoid. Other than that I only know two things about Pot Noodle:

    1. It’s widely regarded as The Worst Brand In Britain.
    2. It’s largely seen as Peasant Chow pablum for the illiterate, low class, unproductive, chavvy masses.

Given this brand’s primary market I have to wonder if this commercial was done on a dare to see if it’s possible to lower Pot Noodle’s appeal. Sometimes I really have to wonder just what the f~~~ advertisers are thinking. Isn’t the idea to attract customers?

I would rather eat expensive leaf nonsense, ummm…I mean salad, before ramen & pot noodles. Hell, even my kale beats it.

Isn’t the idea to attract customers?

LOL. I guess that is no longer the marketing strategy.

This was not my finest hour here re the whole Fairycake fiasco.Good points well made,I made a bad choice of words there. That could be seen as a form of shamming and female and hence I retract it fully.
The main point I was trying to express is the subliminal advertising always targeting mens masculinity throughout all the media relentlesly for decades,I have rage over this snide pernicious tsunami that has swamped our culture in the west and believe its one of a series of techniques to blur the lines between women/men and empower feminist propaganda/intrusions into every male space.I hope I didnt offend any younger guys here and will be a bit more carefull in future.Could I ask you guys to accept that some of us here lament a different time,a time now lost almost completely.
I do strongly agree you about men being used throughout history as disposable though.
You’ve given plenty to think about.:-)

I did not realize the product was real. I thought the whole thing was a comedy skit like the ones on Saturday Night Live. It just never occurred to me that they would try to win customers by demeaning them. This doubtless is one of the after effects of never watching TV; I’m just not case hardened to the way businesses treat men.

Now, some memories come back. This kind of thing is not rare after all. There was a commercial where a man is eating some fast food. A woman walks up, wallops him, and steals his meal. And then there was the one where a man angered his wife (I think he bought the wrong brand of something). She sent him to some tunnel full of other men who had done the same thing. They were all folding laundry for some reason.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
