Not interested in the new Spiderman game anymore

If I play a Spiderman game then I want to f~~~ing play as Spiderman and not as MJ who is clearly going to be “badazz” in this game

I’m enjoying vermintide at the moment, it didn’t get such a high profile but it’s a hell of a lot of fun. Hard part is finding a decent coop team though.

This is not the early 2000’s where web-swinging mechanics were just being invented.

It has reached a point that GTA has web-swinging mods made by fans.

Those making the Spider-man games likes most game franchises prefer to pay it safe and tell the same basic game over and over.

Well, Spider-man game franchise already tried to do the multiverse angle, and that game was a hit.

If those making the games wants to appeal to almost all sides, they should to an outright game version of the Spider-verse saga (maybe thrown in a little Spider-Island saga as well), with most of the spider-men and spider-women being playable characters. This would introduce a lot of different characters to the game franchise and allow for those making the games to see which characters are popular and might warrant further looking into for their own games.

there were a couple of games released around 2010 – Shattered Dimensions was one of them and it was really good. You get to play as 4 different SM (Noir, future, present and a Venom one) across 4 timezones against all the classic enemies. Got bad reviews if I remember correctly but I really enjoyed it

I worry the MJ levels will be like the Catwoman levels in Arkham City and be s~~~. Plus with all the SJW stuff infecting games at the mo it sets off my Spidey Sense (I’m too funny….) when they start introducing levels with female characters

Homecoming and those Garfield SM films were awful but the first two McGuire films were really good. Peter does simp after MJ but the films are excellent with great villains
