Oregon antifa activist sentenced to nearly six years for cracking man’s skull

An Oregon antifa activist was sentenced Friday to nearly six years in prison for using an expandable baton to crack the skull of another man at a June melee pitting right-wing activists against protesters from the left-wing anarchist group.

Gage Halupowski, 24, of Oregon City received 70 months after pleading guilty to second-degree assault in connection with the June 29 attack on Adam Kelly in Portland.

The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office said that as Mr. Kelly moved away from the crowd, “law enforcement witnessed a person, later identified as Halupowski, run up behind Mr. Kelly and strike him on the top of the head with an expandable metal baton.”

Should be no jail time, in my opinion. Punishment should fit the crime. Give the victim the same weapon, and let him have a go at the perp until a tit-for-tat crack is achieved. Air it on TV.

Then make him the victim’s indentured servant until he pays off the victim’s medical bills plus remuneration are paid off.

They could make a reality show out of it.

That should send the message.

That’s the dude that was on Level 6 with me that I had to step in between cuz he was about to attack that black Webster dude. F~~~ MAN. That dude was NOT right in the head. Something was really wrong with him. He was not “Normal”.. I know that may not explain anything, but he really was almost skitzo paranoid.

Drugs man. Stay away from those drugs.

While I was there I met another Fake Neo Nazi Wannabe. He Punched this black dude in the face. Of course, the black dude kept his cool. He was one of the “trustee’s” and he was out in less then a month.

A lot of guys that I talked to told me about the racism in Prison. It’s not really all that bad from the white vs black stuff. Really, it bothers the white guys the most IMO. Where it is really bad is from Blacks guards to other inmates.

What is scarry is that these people have friends that work inside the jails. Prison for all of you that have never been, (neither have I actually) but from what they say, depending on where you go its pretty chill. Most of the DV guys go work on the Fire fighting teams. The lifers go do other tasks in Prison.

Now Jail? That is the f~~~ed up place to be if you have to be. I met guys that did more then 24 months there. Thing is, you are not suppose to do more then 24 months there. But some people just get the shaft.

As far as rape? That is called PREA violations. Something a guard tried to do to me in 1AM in the morning. Really, its the guards you have to worry about. Not the inmate’s per say. They call the shots on who gets what. Problem is, that 20 months is going to be less then 4 years if he gets good behavior. Or gets on a work crew. And really, the deal is not that bad for the guy. Plenty of drugs to pass the time while you are there.

In all reality? THis s another reason why TFM as well as others tell other men to just stay clear. There is nothing to be gained from interacting or being around these people. Antifa or the label is just cover for a larger element that is really just made up of people who just kind of don’t give a s~~~ either way about life. Basically, gangs no longer are profitable. If you are not Hispanic, you can’t get in the trade. So you go in with the Antifa label.

If he wants some protection, he will be with the gang that runs the jails in Oregon now. They are pretty cool bunch of people. It’s strange just how normal jail life becomes. For some its just an accepted lifestyle.
