Not an MGTOW?

Well, I came across this term while surfing the net and googled to see if any forums were available. I can’t say I am an MGTOW just for the mere fact that I currently have a relationship with a girl but I like the concept of MGTOW. I will get some hate for saying this but I don’t feel any dislike towards the opposite sex despite their double standards.I don’t like the double standards in both sides.

Here’s a little bit  I can share:

I live with 4 women in my house but perhaps it’s my own belief that every individual is different despite what’s between their legs.

I have met both men and women who I wouldn’t mind pushing down a cliff in hopes of them perishing from this world but have also met the opposite, who I wouldn’t mind befriending.

From looking back at my last relationship, I realized that spend all my time trying to please this girl. She had her double standards where she could cheat on me and call me names but I couldn’t cuss her out and throw her out because that meant I was the horrible monster. (Her friends as well) it’s like the “asshole” label was embedded on me from birth just because I was the man.

I often try not to put all girls in the same box as this ex gf though. Still, I have noticed that in those periods that I’ve been single, I have done so much to improve myself versus the times I’ve been in a relationship. Still, I will continue with life and perhaps the path of life will shape me into a proper MGTOW?

Nobody is going to “hate” you for saying anything here, but that’s like saying you wouldn’t dislike a thief even after he/she stole from you. Because after all, a burglar can still be a “good person”, right? Just because they took something that didn’t belong to them, doesn’t mean they hurt you. They could have done worse! The thief could have killed you! So be nice to them anyway.

Ridiculous. Rationalizations like that are poison to any free-thinking man.

Do you really believe that? Time to make room for some intellectual honesty. Of course every individual is different. We even say that in our article on generalizations. http://mgtow.com/generalizations , Every snowflake is “different” but they are all f~~~ing snowflakes. You dig?

Wow that’s profound. That’s like a woman saying “Im just as comfortable in jeans and a T-shirt as I am in a little black dress”…. or “I like to go out on the town and drink and socialize.. but I also like to stay home alone and watch TV.”

Wait until you figure out when a woman calls you “ASSHOLE”… it means you’re doing everything RIGHT.
Come back when you figure that out.

Why wait for something ELSE to do it to you? I was MGTOW at 17 in my heart. Remove the question mark from that sentence and you may be closer to the truth, but I don’t wait for another car to hit me before I buy insurance.

Firstly, welcome MrRiddle!
Next, I agree with KeyMaster. Nobody but you will do it for you. You are already on the road because your eyes are open, and it is your job to keep on, or not as you choose. You are the only one doing the choosing and journeying. OTH, you do have an enthusiastic support group in forums like this one.

I once had a female school teacher say to me — with a straight face mind you — that “burglars have merely chosen an alternate lifestyle and their lifestyle is equally valid as yours.” Ha! Isn’t it horrible how women can treat you so horribly, and when when you stand up for yourself they say you have anger issues?

My last ex would provoke me REPEATEDLY until I would snap and tell her what I thought of her behaviour. Shortly afterwards she said I had anger issues so I told her…

“If I were to repeatedly punch my best friend in the mouth, and HE got mad…. would that mean he has anger issues?”

 

I also agree with you on another point… I’m not here to become a misogynist. A lot of my friends are females, I’m here because I don’t think I want a relationship ever again.
