FWIW, I’ve listened to hundreds of hours of Tom Leykis programs and find most of what he says about women and the bachelor life to be both true and entertaining.

Is he MGTOW personally? Who knows. Is his advice consistent with MGTOW philosophy and ideology? Largely, though it’s definitely aimed at younger guys who aren’t interested in giving up pussy any time soon.

His advises against marriage, cohabitation, s~~~ tests, spending money on women and letting them dominate your life and crush your dreams. He promotes self-awareness, male control over contraception and not putting up with any bulls~~~.

Now if he actually advised people to vote for Hillary Clinton… as in he believed in and supported her policies and contributed to her election campaign… I’d need to see some proof (link it if you’ve got it) and that would definitely make me think twice about his bonafides.

Would I be surprised if his entire career was schtick developed to sell advertising time? Not a bit. Not because of anything I’m aware of that the man has done, but just because it’s not uncommon in show business. Were that the case, he wouldn’t be the first or last to create a persona that resonated with popular opinion but which was completely antithetical to his own values.

We have two outcomes. 1) We can choose to band together and fight back. Work to change the system, work to put people in place who will make a difference, and vote for legislation locally, and put pressure on representatives to make change nationally… Or 2) Throw our hands up in the air and say “f~~~ it”. While it’s fine and dandy for all of us to be “going our own way”, the reality is, we need a united front. Whatever the decision is. Lots of guys here have tossed their hands up and said “f~~~ it”.
