I’ve been in this guys shoes. The difference is I knew I was better off without her. How many guys have bought into the lie that your wife is there to help you, when that fact is most are there to get as much as they can and then move on.

These acts remind me of the old “crime of passion” defense. At one time, throughout Western Civilization, if a spouse found another spouse in the throws of intercourse with another person and the spouse who found his/her spouse in the act of adultery and they killed both parties, the spouse who killed both was allowed to go free because of specific circumstance.

This is the same in many ways. A women, marries a man, has children and leaves within a few years and collects cash and prizes. One can consider this to be a “crime of injustice” because of the broken vows due to the lame and vague appeal to “irreconcilable differences”.

If a man finds his wife fornicating with another man, the woman can say, “I was fornicating because of irreconcilable differences”!!!???
