When and IF she gives birth AND IF the child has no birth defects due to the mother being older then he is in a good position NOT to have to pay child support for a retarded or Down Syndrome child. The one thing the article never mentions: Did she ever ask the estranged husband if he would just sign off? This is someone who was in love with her at some point in his life. If I had been in that situation with my ex, I would have happily signed off, as long as there was some agreement in writing saying that she wouldn’t come after me for support.

From the looks of this, I think she / they wanted a court case victory saying that a wife doesn’t need a husband’s consent. It SEEMS obvious in this case that she should be able to do what she wants. She’s just waiting out the waiting period for the divorce to finalize. She should be able to move on with her life. So basically what this means is that A woman can have a baby and without his knowledge or consent and then he is stuck with the bill. And if she chooses not to let him know and she gets pregnant at 40-50 years old via IVF or some other kind of fertility treatment… he is on the hook due to it being private medical knowledge/Personal medical information?

I know a TON of dads would jump on that since it would be something that not even the Courts would want to mess with since you could not bring feelings into the Court process of engineering. Hello, they make BRIDGES FALL DOWN.

It would be a great way to get around the system. And if it was placed in a community that was outside of the realm of control of the LOCAL government say on an Indian reservation, or even via a high speed train to a “religious organization” with FULL DISCLOSURE and without any chance of corruption from the Gynocracy in its ranks? This could really be a game changer.

Now if you had to go through a FEDERAL court in order to make things happen within? Then there would be no way of say a local Family court being able to gain control of the system.

There would be an ASAP damage control to remedy any issue.

Having it be Boys or girls only would also help with the problems that are faced within. This would really be a game changer. And actually if you think about it? When you TRULY put the kids first, you really can not end up with a bad outcome! And the costs of raising children this way really is not much more then any other method. In fact it would be less.
