It is clean situation of someone taking no responsibility. People like that (and also those who do this to their dog/cat) should not be allowed to have none. It (must be) a well known fact by any car owner, that cars get damn hot in the summer. It is just a closed box without any air circulation, and windows let sun in and chassis also get hot. How can someone be that stupid?

Also, a baby or a dog is not something that is okay for 8 or more hours alone, it p~~~es and s~~~s itself and needs to drink and eat. That is also something a human must know. Does she not drink, eat, p~~~ straight for 8 hours? That’s impossible.
