I just saw a TV special on the whole Simpson murder story and it was most enlightening. Let me first make it clear that O.J. Simpson is a vicious animal and should be put down like a mad dog. However there is lesson to be learned about the stupid slutty behavior of Nicole. When she first met O.J. she knew he was already married with children and started an affair with him anyway. When she came home from her first date with him her roommate noticed her pants were torn and she said that he was “just forceful” but she knew that he was the man for her. She quickly married him and gladly put up with all the beatings and screwing of other women and even had children with him. Why should she leave him? He was the perfect violent bad boy and had money and status, making him every woman’s dream. She only finally left him because she was now a celebrity herself and no longer needed to sponge off of him. She now could go off and be a famous druggy promiscuous party girl and pose topless with her legs wrapped around some stud at her pool parties. Not a smart move considering O.J. was a dangerous jealous animal. Of course because she was a women one cannot say this is an important lesson in how not to live one’s life because that would be “blaming the victim”.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, when you mess with the bull you get the horns.

While no one deserves to be raped or hurt in any way, I really hate the shaming that men get when we blame the victim. If I decide to walk in front of a moving train, I get hit and become a victim of the train but it’s my own fault. Even when she’s not a victim, and she just does something stupid, women are absolved from all blame.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

I watched the entire trial when I was younger, and I always had a feeling that I didn’t have the full story about Nichole. .

Many times, the victim could have avoided tragedy with a little caution and common sense. If I leave my door unlocked and i get robbed, of course it’s the robber’s fault because he/she committed the crime but you can’t deny that I was stupid in leaving my door unlocked. So much so that insurance companies will deny my claim. Women leave the proverbial door unlocked all the time and their only security is the false belief that “I shouldn’t have to (insert cliche here)”. Well in a perfect world that’s true that you shouldn’t have to (insert cliche here) but that’s not the reality of the world we live in. It’s up to you to protect yourself by making smart decisions.

I brought this up a while back for the same reasons. I feel like all we got from the media was part of the story. Now that men have gotten smarter we realize that it takes two to tango in a dysfunctional relationship.

I dont know all of the intimate details, as none of us do, but Im not going to bang the drum of “innocent OJ” when the mother f~~~er decapitated his ex wife and some random guy in her court yard.

Incidently, I grew up in the same town Nicole S went to high school in. I worked as a cashier in a gas station in my teens during this trial, and her sister came in on numerous occasions. None of that matters for my opinion on the situation, just sharing.

Even if Nicole used him for money, that doesnt justify the sick f~~~ for killing her. OJ is a wife beater and murderer. F~~~ him.

PS- Nicoles sister is sexy as f~~~.

    Resident cynic.

Ancientwisdom, nobody here is saying anything like OJ is innocent. I made it clear in my post that he is a sick violent f~~~. His acquittal disgusted me. The point is that this should also be seen as a cautionary tale which, if women would know the whole story, could save their lives. Telling children not to play in traffic is not blaming the victim but an effort to keep them safe. It is stupid and dangerous to be with certain people – this applies to both men and women.

The prevailing attitude is that rape has nothing to do with sexual attraction and how young and attractive a woman is, Dressing and acting slutty are not considered risky behaviors. Well, a researcher a few years back did a study that showed just the opposite. Women who are young, attractive and engage in risky behaviors like dressing and acting slutty, hooking up with “bad boys”, etc., ARE more likely to get raped. Of course the poor guy was crucified by everyone and his academic career ruined.

Chrissie Hynde of The Pretenders said that if a women gets stoned and parades around in her underwear in a room filled with horny low-lifes, she is asking for trouble. She knows what she’s talking about since that’s what she did when she was young and stupid and was gang raped. As a result she received multiple angry put downs on her Twitter account. Women do not want to be told anything – even if it can keep them from being raped and murdered.

If you hang around lions, don’t be surprised when you get eaten!

The same goes for sexually irresponsible trash bags and gold digging leeches who
cleave unto athletes, thugs, bad boys and trailer trash!
