They have just announced the name of Star Wars Episode VIII on IMDb today. It will be called The Last Jedi.

I have a crazy theory. What if title is made to fool us fans to think that Luke is “The Last Jedi”. When in fact “The Last Jedi” is referring to a survivor of the old Jedi Order, whom is the person behind the scenes controlling the First Order. It is strongly hinted in Episode 7 that Snoke is just a holographic mask, like the Wizard of Oz used. Only by remote. And there is someone else really behind the “curtains”.

I can think of two Jedi from the old order whom could have survived and would have a major bone to pick with the Skywalker family. One was last seen being thrown off a building, and George Lucas recently commented he could have survived the fall and his injuries. And the other person was last seen walking into a Sith Temple, after she survived a fight with Darth Vader. Both of them would have the skills and known how to create and lead the First Order from behind the scenes.

No. There is a lot of good Star Wars stories. Even if you do not like Episode 7, go back to the old Expanded Universe, different timeline.

“The Heir To the Empire” novel trilogy is considered one of the best Star Wars stories out there. The story was so good that over twenty years after those three books were published, those making Star Wars moved Thrawn to the new timeline in the Star Wars Rebels series.

If you do not know who Thrawn is. He is number three on the most dangerous members of the Galactic Empire (Palpatine being one, and Darth Vader being two). He is almost always on the top five list of most dangerous non-force sensitive people in the entire Star Wars franchise.

He is a master tactician, with leaderships skills, whom has the respect and loyalty of those whom are under his command. And that loyalty is well earned by Thrawn.

Then, there is the Tales of the Jedi stories. From the comics, novel, and games, such as Knights of the Old Republic and Star Wars The Old Republic. Most of the stories from the Tales of the Jedi section of Star Wars are good.

Then, if you are looking for horror, there is the Yuuzhan Vong, from the New Jedi Order book series. The Yuuzhan Vong are so evil they make the Sith, such as Palpatine and Darth Vader, look like school yard bullies.

While the Sith worship anger, the Yuuzhan Vong worship pain. The Yuuzhan Vong are basically Star Wars answer to cenobites from the Hellraiser movies as invading galactic conquers with Vorlon (Babylon Five) level biotechnological ships and weapons.

No. Boba Fett blew his way out, and made his way to civilization, where those in the town he made it too helped him recover. It was a pretty good story.

The story is found in the “Tales of Jabba’s Palace” anthology novel. It was a good novel. Most of them were good stories.

I think Princess Leia aka general organa will die in this one. I heard she has a bigger role in this episode like how Harrison ford had a big role in the force awakens. I can’t see Luke dying until episode 9. Something traumatic will happen to Luke is the film besides the possible death of Leia. I think learning the truth about how anakin was conceived might be the plot breaker in this movie. The movie supposed to be very very dark.
