Then she leaves takes all the s~~~ you bought for her (you thought it was for us haha) and she can try to take you to court to continue to make payments on the car, cause you were supporting her. For sure you are losing your down payment on it.
Add this to the long list of reasons for ‘Do Not Cohabitate’.

You have to watch out for another ploy these c~~~s will try to pull on you. It’s the “I’ll help you remodel your house a little bit” game. Never, ever let a woman make any capital improvements to your home. When the relationship goes sour, she can legally put a lien against your home, forcing you to pay cash for her unskilled labor and whatever f~~~ed ceiling fans and antique wallpaper she hung up. A bitch can spend the night for some boinking, but make sure to kick her out the next morning before leaving for work. Otherwise your s~~~ might all be gone when you get home that night. Been there I had this woman giving me paintings she wanted me to display. Just a slow move in tactic. She is some else’s problem now.

This is a very real problem.

I like to do a fair amount of reading on this site and haven’t really posted much but this was too hard to pass up.

The micro divorce is very real. It has happened to me. When my girlfriend and I broke up, I lost quite a bit of property from her “moving out”.

The girl wanted a big, king sized bed that I bought finally after enough nagging. It cost me about $1300.

She had sold the title to her car which I paid $4000 to get back for her.

I basically paid for almost everything.

When it was over and she moved out, she took the bed that I paid for, her stuff that was of any value, and even my laptop that wasn’t even hers.

After the fact, I looked into cohabitation laws and she can literally take a lien out on your house it she did something as little as hung up some pictures. Even though you are the property owner, you would think (in the eyes of the law) that she was paying half the mortgage. Also legally you cannot just kick her out (even if she doesn’t have a lease). You have to give her a 30 day notice (in some states). The law is not in your favor. She has a say in your house. It’s complete gynocentric bulls~~~.

Never, ever cohabitate as I definitely paid but I got off light. I managed to pay her extra money to just leave (rent, moving expenses, etc.) and she still tried one last attempt to call the cops on me.

I will never let a woman ever move in with me again.

Yeah in hindsight, I got off very lucky. That was my main motivator in giving her $3000 in “moving expenses” because the main goal was to just get her out of the house. I knew she could do some real damage if she were so inclined.

I kicked her out as alarm bells were ringing. She threatened me with the police if I don’t return her stuff asap.
