New Han Solo Movie: Poll, will it suck

TFA was fun to experience with some coworkers as our sort of “skip work” day, but the movie is objectively terrible and blatantly steals every plot beat from A New Hope. I didn’t watch Rogue One or TLJ and I refuse to do so. Harrison Ford was Han Solo. Solo was about 24/25. They don’t exactly have much “life” before that to fit into a prequel.

The movie is going to suck donkey dick. Go watch Deadpool 2 instead.

I would say the probability of the film being s~~~ is higher than the probability of it being worth watching.

What little back bone hollywood had was ripped out and smashed by metoo. Have little hope any movie will be worth taking the effort to go out to see.

I’ve been to the cinema quite a bit over the last few weeks and that trailer has been shown non-stop. It looks boring as f~~~ – a trailer is supposed to get you excited for a film but this one makes me yawn

plus it looks to me that Solo is a goof. I don’t want my image of the character trashed by watching that s~~~ (although I don’t watch Nu Star Wars films now anyway)

I’ve been a Star Wars fan for 41 years, including following the comics.

I’ve put up with Ewoks (ep6), Jar Jar Binks (ep1), “sand” (ep2), and re-hashed plots (TFA).

The Pandemic Star Wars Battlefront games were decent. Then EA got Star Wars BF & BF2, and it became cat s~~~.

TLJ was a stinking pile of SJW cat s~~~. The Star Wars franchise has become a giant cat turd and needs to be buried in the sand of Tatooine by a giant cat.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. With TLJ they managed to make the whole existence of the Jedi, and by consequence the entire franchise, pointless. The Jedi are supposed to be these disciplined monks who can train others but every time they get a difficult pupil (Anakin Skywalker, Kylo Ren) etc.. they f~~~ up and the pupil joins the darkside. If the Jedi didn’t exist most of the evil in the movie wouldn’t either because there wouldn’t be Sith lords.
