Since we have a political corner on this illustrious website where all matters of debate and discussions are had. I feel it necessary to add to the archives of the politics section. I am going to start uploading the Inauguration Speeches of all 45 Presidents of the United States and speeches from influential figures in history from around the world.

I feel it would be good to look at the words spoken by these great MEN, and see where we were and how far we’ve come. We can also debate the times in which these speeches were written.

    What do you guys think?

I don’t know! Reading speeches from great men of the past might throw me deeper into depression.

Seeing how this world is full of idiotic liberals, and feminists, I don’t think I can cope with it.

These men are long gone, and what we have now, are social justice warriors, with degrees in tap dancing.

If you really want to see how far we’ve come, read a book called Six Frigates. It will take you from George Washington to Thomas Jefferson to John Adams, and suddenly you’ll be looking at the 21st century and the Jihadists in a whole new light. But, a word of caution, when you realize we’ve gone full circle and that Congress has been useless (almost) since 1776, you may want to shoot yourself.

It shouldn’t be that difficult, I’ve already found the Presidential speeches. What i’m looking for now is speeches from people who weren’t politicians. Like Winston Churchill and Karl Marx, hell I might even throw some Thatcher in.

@venom please allow me to thank you for all of your very well thought out posts of late. SO good – one after the other. You banged them out all together so quickly I couldn’t even reply to them all, but I wanted you to know I read & appreciated them ALL.

.. especially on “politics” which is a topic I tend to observe more than contribute to. I read FaustForScienece all the time too – enthusiastically. I admire and enjoy his added insight and speculation too.

Fell free to contribute anything of value and relevance.
    Thanks very much.

Anytime man. I thought it would be cool to have all the Presidential Inauguration addresses on here so that all the members could read and discuss the words of some great men of the past. Then i thought, why stop at just Presidents. I’ve been looking up great speeches of the past and it’s amazing what can be learned from these speeches. In the future, maybe MGTOW might get cited in some college students term paper because he read a speech from this site.
