Great post! Z. Never forget to keep your desires in check is a path to self-actualization, peace & freedom.
We have a right to our anger,but not to take it out on others. ( that was a huge mistake on my part)
Keep your anger in check also. That does not mean swallow it. It means use your anger & desire in a positive way. These energies are human energies & in a man very strong. Don’t let them drive you to irrational behavior which will only bring more pain into your life.
I have a regular meditation practice. This has brought me much peace through the years. Good to read all the posts on this thread.
