I do not know if this is a joke or not. But, it is reported that North Dakota Lawmakers want to legalize (accidentally) running over protesters.

    Here is the link: http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-01-17/north-dakota-lawmakers-want-legalize-running-over-protesters

My question (jokingly) is. Will they institute a point system, like in this movie?

Yes. This is a previous of the remake of the original Death Race 2050.

It is not a fan video. This is an actually movie. It just came out today on Blu-Ray/DVD.

I think I may need some help. LOL!

    I want that FLICK!

I just went out and bought the blu-ray/DVD combo pack. I loved the original movie and this movie looks to be just as over the top if not more so. Bring me the cheese.

I know. When someone chains oneself to the road, it is like the person is holding up a “hit me” sign.

i have a friend from work who barreled through a bunch of protesters in NY.
assholes saw him hitting the gas hard and ran.
so much for their commitment to their cause.

It’s already legal (unless they’re using the marked ped crossing and have a green light. Make sure prosecution cannot prove malicious intent – and there won’t be any charges.
Even if you’re charged – use the “I was fearing for my life if I stopped” defence

proud carrier of the 'why?' chromosome

I like the law, if it’s a law. I hate protestors, because they are the loudest, obnoxious and most demanding people and they take over streets, making it hard to get through. I don’t care what they’re fighting over, get those obnoxious assholes out of the way and let others through.

    Run over Black Lives Matter.

If this does become a law I think they will tweak it to be legal to run over the MALE protesters and illegal to run over the women.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

In winter clothing, how can you tell the bull dyke protesters from the men protesters?

Russky is right. If a person is on the road when/where they should not be, you will not be at fault if you hit them. Technically, they are ‘jaywalking’ which is a fine at minimum. Of course, if it was obvious that you were aware they were there and run over them anyway, you’d be at fault as well.

The problem is that protestors are not arrested enough when they are unlawfully blocking traffic.

    Ok. Then do it.

I had some black thugs jump out of the woods and start walking abreast trying to block the road to stop me when I was heading back to my truck to put up my mountain bike. I increased my gear ratio and started pedaling even faster. They scattered like bowling pins when they realized I was not going to stop and was running at max speed.

The look in their eyes was of one pure fear once they realized what was happening. They were trying to rob me.

I do not know if this is a joke or not. But, it is reported that North Dakota Lawmakers want to legalize (accidentally) running over protesters.

The “protesters” will crowd onto a road/street in large groups completely blocking traffic.

Anyone attempting to drive through this crowd will have substantial damage done do their vehicle.
The “protesters” will attempt to break/smash windows, puncture tires with sharpened screwdrivers, even climb onto the hood to tear off the windshield wipers.

The “protesters” will then file a police report, claiming the driver “intentionally ran them over”.
Some will actually lay down with an arm/leg in front of the vehicle’s tire, allowing themselves to be ran over, while pictures/video is taken by another protester.

I suspect all of those protestors are being paid by somebody to be there. There’s no way they are holding down any kind of a real job. Same as that occupy wall street and many of the other big protest scenes.
