NBC YANKS Megyn Kelly’s Sunday show and announces her new fate

According to the New York Post, the “‘Megyn Kelly Today’ moniker is meant to incorporate the show into the ‘Today’ franchise when it airs in place of the show’s former third hour, known as ‘Today’s Take.’” Her one-hour weekday show, which will premiere in September, will reportedly air at 9 a.m. and will be in front of a live audience.

Kelly’s terrible ratings—her last Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly show set a new viewership low with just 2.71 million total viewers—have left NBC executives reportedly worried that people are just not tuning in to see Kelly, which can cause serious problems for a show named after the former vapid Fox News talent who NBC falsely thought would turn out to be a superstar.

Her Sunday program will be reportedly pulled from the airwaves after this Sunday’s episode, and television executives have been wondering whether Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly will even return after football season. The network, which had reportedly planned to give the show at least ten episodes, apparently has already had enough of the embarrassingly poorly-rated show hosted by someone devoid of substance after just eight episodes.

Perhaps Fox News is getting the last laugh in all this — sending its own stealth bomb to NBC to take down the liberal outlet.

Liberals hate her because she’s too conservative. Conservatives hate her because she’s too liberal. All NBC had to do was talk to some people on both sides and they would have quickly come to the conclusion that hiring her was a bad move.

She believed that audiences are interchangeable. That she could dump the conservative audience and get an equally large size liberal audience. A case of monkey branching with the new branch breaking.

Then, she tried to play Alex Jones. Alex Jones was straight with her the entire time, and when she tried to play him, Alex Jones showed her how the game is really played.
