Gentlemen,

I joined this amazing community a few months ago and I am so thankful that I did. A lot of Sandman videos and some of the advice on here from more enwisened men have really helped me understand so much. I was previously dating a body builder who was quite a NAWALT (we never fought, sex was great, shared apartment together, no kids).

However, when we began dating I had a well-paying, high status job in the accounting/finance industry (she was a tech at a hospital in hopes of becoming a nurse). As I think back, the transition of her attitude towards me is unbelievable. I quit my job about a year ago to start a vertical farm because of how much I care to help the environment and what is going on in this world.

She, on the other hand, found success in bodybuilding and began to increase her Instagram following and making videos of herself working out. Her financial success quickly began to outrank mine (for the moment), and that initial respect she had for me began to dwindle. I ended up breaking it off with her one day when she disrespected me and I could see that she had completely changed her attitude.

It is unbelievable how quickly that mindset changes. She also began joining the cult of Tony Robbins (I actually support his mission), and went to motivational events. Those are definitely great, but she would constantly complain to me that my “mindset” wasn’t right as I wasn’t seeing initial success in my business. I don’t think she was able to understand the long-term nature of what I was doing, and the short term nature of what she is doing.

What really dug hard was that it was my birthday about 6 days ago (we broke up towards the end of July), and I did not receive a text from her, or card, or anything. I bought her gifts and took her out to dinner in March for her birthday. As I am writing this I am smiling just seeing how f~~~ed their nature truly is. Like an unintelligent parasite, once they deem you are no longer of value to them in whatever respect they originally intended, they unattach themselves (she noted that our relationship wasn’t a “priority” to her anymore as well).

She has been hanging out with a temporarily more succesful guy, for who I’m sure she will zap for his resources/knowledge and then move on. I don’t wish it upon any woman, but I know that the wall awaits.

Have any of your experienced a similar NAWALT situation, and if so, what did you do about it?

I have found that a since my wife and I seperated a number of the women I dated liked having a Dr on their arm. They liked the reflected status it seemed to give them. I think it’s a similar thing.
I got my PhD in Psychology. They got off on dating a Dr.

It looks like you dodged a bullet. They just don’t get it how can you believe that you can cash in on your looks forever? The wall takes no prisoners, it cannot be bribed,it doesn’t have any mercy. Time is not on her side.

You dont always see it at the time but ive been with a couple who didnt show there true colours for years.some are better at hiding it until theyve got there claws into you and you either have a mortgage/ kids.

I joined the MGTOW Community/Forums last month. It is like a breath of fresh air, a safe haven. You can just say what you truly feel/think/want. The guys give great advice on here aswell; even if it is initially shocking, it is still needed. I listen to Sandman, MGTOW 101, and Howard Dare videos on YouTube every day; those guys are just so right! I also listen to Tom Leykis recorded broadcasts aswell; that guy is just fantastic at shutting-down nutty/entitled bitches, I wish I had his skills (and a bit of his money would be nice too!). We have no Tom Leykis over here in the UK. The UK is getting more and more like America, so I just listen to that stuff to see the way that things are going to go over here with women…

Because its way too damn hard for them to become a doctor, it takes way more work and study than they would ever dream of putting in, all that delayed gratification. No way the want fun now and all the time. Marry the doctor and the cash and prizes he brings becomes theirs, magically.
