Women Aren’t Leaders!!

That settles that part of my topic!

Men are Naturally Born Leaders… but obviously not all men are meant to lead. The saying “Too many Chiefs not enough Indians” comes to mind!

I looked on the net to find a decent article to backup this topic (unsuccessfully because of the toxic effects of the gynocentric system in place)

so I will give you gentlemen my definition:

Smartass Included.. Feel free to share / contribute with your personal definition. You’re all MGTOW

Here’s mine:

* A Natural Born Leader must be exceptionally good at reading people and have great interpersonal skills.

* A natural born leader sees everything but doesn’t get involved unless the situation warrants it.

* A natural born leader wants the men around him to be able to grow while contributing to the common good of the team. (whenever a situation warrants it)

* A natural born leader leads by example not with fear.

* A natural born leader must be hardworking.

* A natural born leader must have very high personal standards.

* A natural born leader has lots of integrity, seeks fairness in all situations.

* A natural born leader does not reprimand someone under his authority in public once he has the leadership.

* A natural born leader is able to.. and is willing to occasionally show / admit that he too can make mistakes.

* A natural born leader seeks out success but not at the expense of one or more member of his team.

* A natural born leader must have great control over his emotions.

* A natural born leader should be able to lead behind the scene. (whenever a situation warrants it)

* A natural born leader must know his limitation therefore have a fair amount of humility.

* A natural born leader uses his powers / strength only when necessary. (not to harass or oppress)

* A natural born leader will reluctantly reprimand, exclude or evict one of his team player, therefore be very understanding, forgiving.

* A natural born leader must have great verbal and written communication skills.

*A natural born leader often becomes a leader despite his willingness to keep a low profile.. he is elected by his peers that recognized that his skills are necessary for the success of the organization.

A ‘natural’ born leader:

Never grew up and out of his childhood narcissism and entered adulthood with enough of his pseudo and fragile sense of self worth still intact to actually believe he is inherently superior and his role should be to lead others.

A ‘natural’ born leader:

Defines his self worth by his ability to ‘lead’ others. Thus surrendering his own autonomy to the mass, mob or followers that he desires to lead. He believes that they need him. When in reality, it is he that needs them. Without his followers, he collapses.

A ‘natural’ born leader:

Requires the artificial sanction of those he wants to follow him. By default and as leader, he views them as inferior. But relies on them to fulfill his self defined role as ‘leader’

There is a big difference between those, who are forced to lead albeit reluctantly and those, power hungry psychopaths, who NEED to lead for the attention and the power that it brings.

Most leaders I see are the latter, especially politicians. They lead to satisfy their never ending thirst for greed, attention, and power. These are FALSE PROPHETS. They lead only to ruin and self-destruction.

Then there are those “Natural” leaders. These leaders are forced into their “Chieftain” role. The Man, who can discern the TRUE from the FALSE. He leads the way out of THE TRAP and others follow his lead down the path towards Victory.

Are you sure leaders are born or birthed?

Natural Born Leader? sounds mythical, does it not?

I believe leaders just like Men are created, not birthed.

All men are created not birthed.

Human beings are naturally born.

Jesus was a man. Created to lead everyone to salvation.

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. I read a study once that looked at the offspring of leaders raised on the kibbutz in Israel. They looked at the offspring of leaders versus followers raised in the same environment. Then many studies, like the one linked below, looked at twin studies.

What they found was a tendency of those birthed from leaders to become leaders. Not all, just a higher probability than would have been predicted by chance.

The conclusion is clear. Behavioral characteristics are hereditary and the son’s of kings may be more likely to carry on the genetic tendency to lead from their fathers.

Omigosh. . .

That’s groundbreaking research. So, like the son of a kings have a higher probability of becoming a king/leader than, for example the son of a peasant farmer.

Who would have known?

And like I guess that means that the US President Bush from 2000-2008 had some kind of inherent ‘leadership’ characteristics passed down to him from his father who was president from 1988-1992. (LOL, Despite that fact that he failed at everything he ever did prior to securing the Republican nomination and there is like no way that his father’s money, wealth and power influenced any of it)

This all makes sense now. I have a buddy that is a retired commercial pilot and all three of his sons are pilots. It wasn’t all of the money that daddy spent sending them to commercial flight school and the fact that he held their b~~~~ for the first 25 years of their lives. They actually had a genetic predisposition to it.

Using this logic, then Donald’s son, Barron Trump should be president someday.

It’s amazing. Male offspring of Strong Leaders destined to also be strong leaders due to genetics. As opposed to the social, political and economic foundation having been laid for them by their fathers.

The fact is:

If a study could be done to attempt to prove that theory, using male offspring of ‘strong leaders’ that were raised by an adoptive family and/or were illegitimate and unaware of their biological father –

The results would be different.

Because it’s not genetics. It has everything to do with the environment they are raised in, social & economic class combined with a subjective (and flawed) / perceived view of what they should or could be. Then an artificial chain of events occurs that gives the appearance they should be leaders and on some level inherited their leadership skills.

They say their close to identifying the “leadership” gene. Read the article.

The ‘leadership gene’ was already identified in a sense.

It’s a combination of narcissism, arrogance, a pompous and self righteous strain of delusion & need to feel superior via the act of ‘leading’ others as a shepard herds sheep.

My advice to anyone that ever meets a self proclaimed ‘natural born’ leader –

Watch them very closely.

Be cautious and careful.

In the absence of any objectively defined factors that would give their fragile existence any worth: They can be potentially dangerous.
