I’m currently watching an episode of Naked and Afraid on Discovery while looking up Arcade games on eBay and it’s got a woman who a my-way-or-the-highway type and she’s going on and on, on how he (a former Marine and current fire fighter) should build a fire and a shelter. Here’s where the guy has guts; he said to her “SHUT UP! I WILL DO THIS MY WAY! YOU’RE NOT A TEAM PLAYER, YOU THINK YOU CAN BE THE BOSS! I’M BETTER OFF WITHOUT YOU AND ON MY OWN ALONE!” Yeah, she’s the one being his major pain in his bare ass, pun intended. She just said, while I’m typing this, “He just can’t stand a chick busting his b~~~~.”

She keeps saying how strong and independent she is and how she raises her girls to believe you can get whatever you want in life and not rely on anyone to get it. I say “bulls~~~!”

That woman does like to swear a lot. I wonder if she kisses her husband and little child with that dirty mouth of hers.

PS: If I were her I wouldn’t be a major c~~~ towards him, because HE has the machete and beefy custom made one too.

I used to like that show, then I saw this one episode where a dude and a woman are put in Africa somewhere in a pretty brutal environment. I had basically written them off because of it really being a place where seasoned survivalists should be thrown instead of the f~~~ing n00bs that they did. Obviously the girl tapped out soon as expected. No big right? Dude was probably on his way out soon after too.

Suddenly he “miraculously” happens upon a discarded tin can or some other vessle where he can now boil water in a water logged area. Because the n00bs didn’t bring an items they needed. One was a pot to boil drinking water and the other being a knife/machete to cut firewood. I thought “well goddamn guess he may have a shot for a day more since he might be able to at least get drinkable water.” But I found it pretty suspicious that he had a quick on the spot explanation as to how it got there “poachers probably threw trash here.” It smelled fishy how he had an explanation ready upon discovery of it.

Then the biggest tell that he was being coached by the crew came out.

This is f~~~ing Africa, and the two were from the states and I think the dude was from Cali. Suddenly he could describe the name of a black fowl shown on camera that he could trap. He gave a little bit of commentary as to the name and its local use for eating. My jaw dropped. Most Californians seem to not know American history, let alone specific bird species of Africa that are not normally seen. Since when did you need to describe potential dinner on the show like you are Jack Hanna? I lost all respect for the show at that point. If the two idiots can’t cut it, just use half of the hour to cover their failure and show another team. There is no need helping them survive. You can simply let them come back after they get their s~~~ together. It is GOOD if they fail because it shows the reasons they fail for viewers.

But clearly they are coaching certain people. Some women I see make it even though they clearly are being helped after the guy fails. I basically stopped watching it regularly. I’ll see if it is on. But I’d rather catch Forged in Fire on the History Channel.

I mean if you are going to lie to me, at least stop blurring the f~~~ing pootang.

Remember when the discovery channel had documentaries? When you could learn something on the learning channel? When the scifi channel wasn’t wrestling?

Les Stroud was the only one to actually be on his own while filming a survival show. That Dual Survival on Discovery was found to be fake, same with Naked and Afraid. Even the Bear Grylls shows weren’t 100% authentic.

A YouTuber I’ve watched since the beginning of YouTube was on this season. Never saw the show, but got to read his updates. Wonder if Cory is still in it. I haven’t caught up in over a week or so.

That show got called on all it’s gynocentric bull s~~~ several times in the press. Every episode the guy was a dumbass who had to be saved by the woman. That was intentional writing on the part of the feminists producing the show.

If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.
