My Young Nephew Gives the Right Response

Just thought I’d share this little tidbit with all of you.

My nephew is nine years old. Recently, he was telling us a story where he and his friend were at a playground near his friend’s house. A girl in a grade above him was nearby with her friend. She recognized my nephew and shouted “Hey, you’re cute and I really like you!” He replied “okay thanks!” and then pulled his friend aside and quietly said “come on, let’s get out of here.” They ran back to his friend’s house.

When he was asked why he ran away, he said (quite seriously and without blushing or anything like that) “I don’t like girls, they do mean stuff all the time to boys at school and they never get in trouble for it. And everything they like is stupid and boring. I don’t want to hang out with them.”

Hope for the future, perhaps? Keep in mind that I haven’t even red pilled him about anything yet.
