Gentlemen, May I Tell you Why I am in good spirits!

FIrst let’s answer some questions.

1. Being quiet is no way to get anything done. I would love to have the southern poverty law center explain to me why it was okay for my son to witness his at the time 16 year old sister having sex in the living room with her 26 year old boyfriend. And the Man who came up to me that let me know both his kids were watching through the window as well while mom was busy on facebook in her bedroom WITH THE DOOR OPEN.. IS RACIST!

2. Okay the Skinhead thing. Im “Asian”, (Okay Indian, like 7 eleven sort. and you know the Stereotypes..(Big Dick and bad at math 🙂 Well Okay so we did have to send back all the condoms for smaller ones….Oh Wait, Im Bald.. Crap. Skinhead

3. My court date was to be on the 17th of THIS MONTH in less than 7 days now. Sorry, that court date is going through despite wanting to reset the trial date. I won’t let that happen. Dont care she got a lawyer. THats a good thing!

Why? Well Oregon has these things called mandatory reporters.
If I walk in with a video of my son being showing any kind of video that involves any sort of child being hurt, and they don’t report it, or the lawyer sees it out in the open and does not report it. See what happens there? HE’s going to have to drop the case. Cuz he no longer can work for his client cuz now he HAS TO BY LAW as a business, report it.

That’s going to be hard to defend in court.. Even harder if I park a big screen tv outside the office and put it on repeat with a bullhorn and about 5000 watts of PA power! 🙂

4. Showing evidence means nothing. Do you guys even KNOW?

How about an investigator dismissing a case where my 14 year old daughter was having sex with a 40 year old MAN. ANd MOM was home, AND FULL INVESTIGATION! (see my intro video and watch it on a computer to see the annotations. )

How about then finding out that all 3 kids were molested by all 3 cousins when they were younger, and ALL THIS came from HER DAUGHTER’S MOUTH! SHe tried to commit suicide twice in the Hospital, then both her daughters friends were abusing my son, and at one time, one of them tried to come in to my sons room when NO ONE WAS HOME.. ANd he had to barricade the door. Hmm. Oh yea, That’s Discriminatory to Pedophiles. Oh I mean. transgender people.. 🙂

Let me tell you what actually happened last night.

1. My son shares this video with me.
2. My sister gets a copy first, and tells me she can’t watch it.
3. I get a security notice on my sons account.

4. I log in, Change the password as requested, then Lock the account from both my sons tablet and this rogue device. (thinking it was someone FROM Seattle.)

5. My son has a rooted tablet, (he did it ALL himself) and so I lock and erase both devices.

Now here is where this gets really interesting.

Around 10:30 PM, I get a blocked phone call my son ask for the password to his account.. My son is letting me know MOM asked him to call.

Long story short.. Watch this video..

Why Am I laughing? I think I locked and erased HER phone as well. THat means new phone. And if she had 2 step verification. THAT MEANS…

Just listen to my sons demeanor when he knows his mom just got had. And that sweet smile is no more. AND to make this better

She went into his account and tried to make the videos private on the account that is linked to my adsense account that I manage.

So she broke the law, and Now i have the IP address to prove it that as well. (that means lawsuit, and yup I am going to pursue it)

Why am I so happy? My son knows that I am coming there on the 17th to pick him up. No matter what mom says. If I get hauled off by the police for bringing my son to court. Oh well! Don’t care. You will see why later as this plays out.

My SON knows without a shadow of a doubt now that mom is no longer in control.

We talked about what would happen the next time they take his tablet away. And how when you no longer have control, what are they going to do to you?

Make you stay at home alone?

“What is she going to use to punish you? ” I said. He had an epiphany.

The only way she could do it was to take his tablet away, Now MOM has nothing to take away from him. Cuz she never gave him anything.. 🙂

There is no more control I assured him. And now mom is going ot have to leave you either her phone, or home alone with no communication device or phone, and be responsible, or get you a babysitter.

Of course, we know what happned today. She Has NO phone at all. So.. Get my drift. Telling the lawyer about this today as well. (There helpless to do anything really)

He can’t be grounded from it, or have it used as a tool for his punishment, or grounding or control.

I would rather have my son know that I would rather have my ass thrown in jail then let anyone bully my son. And If I got to jail and become a criminal for protecting my son from all this,

How is it going to look when step 2 happens. And tell me where the sympathy is going to be for these people when they try to explain their way on why it was okay for the entire system to do this to a not only one child, but 5 of them!.

So now. I just wait till I can get a hold of my lawyer today.
