My housemate is a complete vag-hole

Well, not really a housemate, I rent a granny flat off him so my mini ‘house’ is disconnected from his. But have to see this dude as part of my daily discourse, usually.

Had a ‘disagreement’ the other day…inverted commas due to the fact that it’s not really a disagreement. I volunteered some extra rent a while back to help with maintenance costs cos, you know, I’m a nice guy. F~~~head did no maintenance, I unvolunteered the extra via text. Pretty cut and dry, my choice, went about it a very straight- forward manner.

Since then ,won’t reply to any of my messages now, just asking about household stuff, usual thing. Never used to be an issue. In fact, the c~~~ has actively been avoiding me. Literally haven’t see him in his own house or spoken words in nearly 2 weeks while he camps out/hides round his gf’s house. Pathetic.

Basically, I don’t actually know he’s chucking this tantrum cos I haven’t seen the c~~~…but I know he is. You ever just *know* when a woman’s angry at you without any evidence at all, when it’s just in the signs, kind of like the silent treatment where the whole thing shifts and you feel it? That sort of s~~~. I just know, I’ve mostly ignored the c~~~ cos it hasn’t been worth my time or effort but the few tests I’ve thrown out there have come back positive. He’s acting like a little bitch and throwing a complete mangina tantrum.

Not gonna go into too much more. This dude spends more time around women than he has time to himself, gets into new relationships every 3 months and spends every single f~~~ing minute with whatever new, fat bitch he’s with straight away. Has no self-respect like that and is a miserable, sad c~~~. Buys new, unnecessary toys in credit then brags about them. Bitches when he runs out of money. Didn’t mind the guy at first but now he’s tainting my air with his blue-pill mangina bulls~~~. Could swear the guy has grown a vagina.

Anyway, had to vent, feels good to do so. I’ve decided to basically treat this guy like a woman from now on, politely but disconnected, keeping my plan to myself, which is to get my s~~~ together next few months and rent my own house. I figure the best way to hit this mangina is to take away the thing that women covet most: the rent I’m paying. Extra income. He can redeem himself, perhaps, but my guess is he won’t. F~~~ this c~~~, what a waste.

Just get on going your own way. If he has a problem, let him bring it to you. Then sort it out like men.

So you are the tenant and he is the landlord. That means maintenance is for him to do.

I am always baffled by landlords who refuse to do maintenance and upkeep, or try to sluff it off on the tenant. Eventually, they drive a perfectly good tenant away, and then they have to do all the deferred maintenance anyway. Meanwhile the unit is sitting vacant so they are losing rent.

If your landlord is not smart enough to figure this out, then that is his problem, not yours. Eventually, you will find a better place and he will be left in the lurch.

^ I came to my senses and figured this one out. The way he played his story sucked me in, like ‘every bit counts, I’m so strapped for cash because of…’. Yet buying a $3000 exhaust for his new car. Strapped for cash because you’re an irresponsible f~~~.

I never thought a guy was capable of this behaviour and I’m disappointed I fell for it. I’ve seen the power a woman can yield but never a slave working under it, twisted so thoroughly he’s absorbed the tricks. Never saw it coming from someone of the same sex.

Yep, I observe the same thing here and there on parties. Guys who try to shame other guys, like women do with guys. I noticed that most of them really take pride in grooming themselfs and looking fly for women. Relationships normally never last long.

Shaming other guys makes me puke and just tells me enough about the sad state of guys these days.

These people make me sad and angry. Either the dad was obsolete or a similar mangina like their joke of a son. It’s terrible to deal with these sort of people. You never know if you should treat them as women or men.

Sorry for speeling or gramatical mishaps. It is not my first language and it has been ages since I learned it in school.
