Anonymous16God its been 3 weeks now, my sport doctor recommended that i go ketogenic (very low carb diet 20g per day) along with intermittent fasting.
I rock on intermittent fasting but i did keto for about 1 week and hit the wall, kept training and all but man my body is zilt without glycogen. So i drop off the bandwagon kept training everyday but started to eat junk again i did not gain weight back but i did not loss any either.
I am back now 24h fasted i need carbs i eat around 2000 cals a day but man sometimes falling off and eating candy and junk is so damn good. Hahahah.

Anonymous54Im no expert, but that dont sound right.
Are you trying to lose weight?
Anonymous42Im no expert, but that dont sound right.
Are you trying to lose weight? That goes double for me! Are you trying to pilot some lightweight experimental aircraft to set a world record? Horse Jockey? Cave explorer trying a new but tight underwater passage into a new unexplored cave system? Land speed record?
The body needs fat, carbs, and protein, just limit the consumption to the right fats and sugars, not the processed sugars, or the rancid hydrogenated oils (mono and diglyceride) use triglycerides like extra virgin olive oil. High fructose corn syrup in all the processed foods and drinks too. You’re body is a furnace, feed it the right fuel and it will run lean and efficient, alcohol too, F~~~ that! Unless it’s in a wine form, but grape juice is better and grapes even better than the juice. I lost 18 lbs since spring time, I started carving out the s~~~ foods that are butter and lard laced, that s~~~ has the wrong melting temperature to be in the human body!
You can f~~~ yourself up eating out of balance.

Actually carbs are the only macronutrient that your body doesn’t need, but most people prefer at least some. Unfortunately, most people prefer way to many of the wrong ones like you mentioned.
I like your lists of crap foods to avoid/limit, but lets not forget limiting wheat products as they too are full of empty calories.

Agreed, but I like my whole wheat bread, you ever try to eat a grilled chicken sandwich with tomato, onions, peppers, and spinach without something to hold it all together?
SALT, I stopped using SALT when I was in my teens and first heard how bad it is for you, my pallet is sensitive to salt, although a couple years ago I developed an addiction to pretzels but dropped them from my diet last spring.
My stomach has adjusted to my diet and any hard digestible foods will give me immediate indigestion, like shoveling sand into a furnace.
ZERO PROCESSED FOODS.
SOUP: Million grams of SALT.
POT PIES: Million grams of FAT.
I only buy frozen veggies, but only if there’s room to get by the parade of growling motors from beached landwhales and the smell of burning landwhale carts. I feel like a pedestrian running through the middle of a demolition derby with Fords and Chevys from the 1970s.

Anonymous16For me cutting out gluten yeah Wheat and lactose foods did the trick bang like 20 pounds lost in a short time so food allergies count for a big thing.
I train everyday usually with weights using adonis index might switch to Vince Gironda 8 X 8 you can get that one for free off the internet.
I am not going to failure but i do feel it usually 30-40 minutes each day sometimes do HIIT cardio 10 minutes i dl that on youtube.

20 grams is pretty rough and is recommended for the first couple weeks of doing the Atkins diet (called Induction). If you can’t do 20 grams, just try to keep it under 50 grams and keep it mainly in the form of vegetables, low carb fruits, and nuts (macadamias and peanuts are lower carb) if you can. This is what I do, but I have a good deal of weight to lose, since I am a fat bastard. Your mileage may vary depending on what you are trying to do and how sensitive your body is to carbs.

Anonymous16I ventured in low carb a lot before 2000 did them all bodyopus, atkins, protein diet, CKD and TKD, i knew i would bunk on keto yeah adaptation takes time, i just don’t feel like it. When i low carb i lose all my muscle mass, i feel horrible, no energy, no power, dizzy and more.
I was in a group that told me to up my sodium intake, my macros and so on, that did not work i felt horrible anyways.
I love the freedom that intermittent fasting give you and its free.
I am off all supplements too so no more spending money on things i don’t need useless protein powder and more.
If i eat to many proteins i gain fat…. remember that back in the days 180g of protein what a fat belly i had.
Intermittent fasting, train and eat when hungry….. i sometimes fast for 24h and sometimes hit the 30 plus mark.
I’m having beer for breakfast. So I can’t say s~~~ about food choices.
If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.

hhahahahHHHHH, Good one.
Food choice don’t really mean nothing honest, take a look at the guy that did the Twinkies diet, ate 1800 calories of cake a day and 1 protein shake he lost 27 pounds in less then 3 months, and all is markers went down cholesterol blood pressure etc.
http://www.cnn.com/2010/HEALTH/11/08/twinkie.diet.professor/
There was also a women that ate at MacDonald 1400 cals per day and lost a tone.
I really like Brad Pilon eat stop eat, read most of is stuff, i disagree about food allergies, brad says you can eat anything in moderation as long as you don’t bust calories that is right. Also you kind of need to eat less, i trained a year and a half before getting on a diet plan meaning eating less and intermittent fasting and lost nada, now i lost around 30 pounds.
I still cheat not gonna lie but when i do i fast a little bit longer and eat less then next day god damn sugar.
But cutting out dairies and gluten makes a huge difference not only on weight loss but the way you feel, bloating etc.
