I empathize. We’re in the same situation. We were raised “blue pill” and now my brother is lying to himself desperate to have what our parents have (rare true love married since college) rather than see reality.

He’s set to marry a walling Tinder slut. He met her and banged her without a condom within a week. Of course “shes never done this with anyone else before” just him.
